As a local to Phoenix, AZ, I was sad to hear what happened to you. I received my purchase at the convention in a bag per the PCC updated policy. I don't think it was right that you were asked to leave the vendor hall. You're the best.

I bought a mystery box from them at Megacon. There was no shipping involved. I paid them $75 for the mystery box plus an extra $10 for the stunt blade. Then they handed me a box with a random light saber hilt in it. I was happy. Life goes on.

I got my ultra saber at Phoenix Comicon 2017 on Thursday May 25th it took over an hour to get it to me. And I never got a blade removal wrench or a plug. Other than that you guys are still a number one in my book but unfortunately you were kicked out Friday evening and I was going to get a mystery box on Saturday morning maybe next year or even at Phoenix Fan Fest in November 2017
