I absolutely loved the shipping and the sabers! They arrived when the FedEx tracking system said they would, and they were in great quality! Nothing broke or got lost, and the sabers themselves are made to the highest quality. The little personal touch with the windows in the emitter is sosmthing I really loved, and I look forward to more Ultrasaber purchases! :)

I have no complaints about the service, except that the post office had a snafoo with the package that had us running around like chickens with our heads chopped off.
1) One of the Saber's came in green and was supposed to be the Chyanne color ( sorry I forget the name specified on the site). This however is not the end of the world
2) design flaw one. Serious. Both Saber's utilize for AAA batteries. When using the Sabres the batteries tend to pop out and shut down the Saber. I have tried to rectify this using electrical tape, however that is not consistent either. I will likely have to resort to hot glue for the replaceable batteries just to keep Saber from shutting off during use
3) Design flaw two. Extremely serious. Neither of the Sabres are equipped with a LED retention screw. The LED flops around like a dead fish inside of the hilt during use. Without question this will eventually lead to damage of the LED.
Again:
#1 is not the end of the world.
#2 is a regrettable inconvenience that I can likely overcome.
#3 it's completely and purely unacceptable on the part of UltraSabers.
Super easy and the expense isn't too bad... Hopefully it turns out good!
Ultrasabers customer service was beyond excellent. I had to make a last minute shipping change and they worked with me to accommodate the request. My package arrived on time for Father's Day and my husband loves his saber. I highly recommend Ultrasabers and will definitely order from them again!

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
