If you're confused about anything, the site offers many insightful, relevant, information along the way, such as posts, descriptions, and videos. I was also happy to see that the staff took careful time in packing the product- you won't have to worry about damage.

Shipping is expensive. I ordered 2 of the mystery box sabers and my only complaint is on the Bellicose saber I received. The red accessory button at the top was loose and fell off of the hilt. I was unable to reattach it right away as the screw didn't grip into the hilt and it was not attached to the red button. I eventually discovered that the red cap could be removed and then I was able to reattach everything to the hilt.
I would consider putting a little schematic together for some of these sabers just so we can see what parts are removable and what parts are not.
Overall my wife and I are very pleased with the sabers.

Great help via email, had some issues processing my order originally but seems to work now, yay! There was a slight flaw on the hilt but I am ok with that. Overall so exciting to receive my saber, it shipped quickly and the customer service was wonderful.
This is my first purchase with Ultra Sabers, and I am overall happy with my purchase. The Blazing Red blade color looks a little on the orange side, which is disappointing, but I will be making more purchases in the future.

My very first customized lightsaber from Ultrasabers and loving it. Solid heavy grade 36" blade. Maybe a little too solid. I might order an Ultraedge mid grade 32" blade from them in the future. Overall, great experience. Well done, Ultrasabers. And may the Force be with you.
