Got a mystery box. The saber was okay, about what you would expect for a regularly ordered stunt saber. It's a gift for a friend's kid so I didn't really look it over to much outside of making sure it worked. Overall the quality looked good.

I am very pleased with the customer service here and the product, my friend has had some really great things to say as well! These are great to use in making movies as well! Although I must say as amazing as the saber was, my saber has been having glitches, like the light will flash to different colors of red and yellow as well as it glitches to shutting off, so that's the only thing I'll have to fix, other than that, my saber is awesome!
This has been my third purchase with ultrasabers and the quality of their products are top notch. While I have looked at "other" saber sites, the best soundboards and sturdy construction always keep me here for my growing collection.

The menu was somewhat difficult for my browser to handle and led to a non touch-screen friendly experience. The rest handled well and didn't give many problems.
