Customer service was great and all questions answered timely enough to catch the sale. Spent enough to get free shipping with USPS and still got it with a week from placing the order. Very satisfied with the quality of the sabers.

Great website, easy to navigate with clear instructions, only issue i ever have is actually choosing which light saber and options to go for as they have such a large range to choose from. Also great customer care when dealing with the staff and superb delivery service to a UK buyer.

The quality of my saber actually surpassed my expectations. I could tell immediately that this was a high quality product that I would enjoy greatly. It was a HUGE hit this Halloween while out trick-or-treating with my family. A simple, solid hilt with a glorious bright red blade. I will definitely be a returning customer in the near future.
Absolute best experience I could have. Always love dealing with Ultrasabers. Just don't know why i don't have any rewards points. I have made one other purchase, but I guess grab bags aren't a part of the rewards program.
I ordered a Dark Prophecy Saber with the Diamond package. Upon receiving it, I had some issues on my end that resulted in the saber not functioning anymore (batteries died during a firmware update, and while I was trying to get the batteries changed, I pulled too hard and some of the wires came loose). I emailed UltraSabers and they had me send it back with a write-up of the issues I was having. Before even getting notified that they had received it, I got an email saying it was on its way back to me.
When it showed up, they had fixed all of the issues and sent it back so fast it showed up in time for me to use it for my Jedi Halloween costume. I am 100% impressed with UltraSaber's quality AND customer service. I can't talk them up enough. 10/10 will recommend them to everyone.
