The fact that the hilt was back ordered was not communicated well (if at all) until after the order was placed. Then, trying to go back to cancel that order and order the saber with a different hilt, we found that we couldn't cancel the order and that our order wouldn't arrive until 12/30 to - 1/4.
Suffice-it-to-say, we were very disappointed in the company's online communication and even more so that it left us with our son having to open his "big surprise" present to only a picture of his back ordered Christmas present. That had been indicated better (or at all) when we were about to press "order," we would have looked for a hilt that wasn't back ordered.

I understand fabrication times can change during a build, but I was under the impression from a video made by the owner that mystery box sabers were already to go and that there was really no wait time for it to be shipped after it was ordered.
I am very happy with the product and I do plan to buy more in the future.

The Saber is very good, the problem was the shipping late, because many purchases they had!, but is ok!
Saber is great and I have no complaints. The shipping on other hand not the best. I ordered December 23rd and I understand the date it was ordered. I did not receive it until January 20th. I would have expected it to be delivered no later then 3 weeks. Im still on the fence about ordering again. My son wants one but may look elsewhere.
Title says one thing, but it arrived with no damage and wrapped like padding lol. Love the overall look and feels great! Thank you Ultrasaber I will be buy8ng from you in the future.
Delayed sound. Good overallI like the colour I like the sound is nice to use as well balanced. I like to know how I can correct my own that would be cool. Also I didnt know whether to waterproof like to know if you find it will have pointed. I wish there were cheaper they were pretty expensive yet.

Impressive saber but it took a damn month just to ship it. It looks cool and is good quality but crappy customer service. They took 6 days to call me back.

I ordered during holiday season and it was still only a couple weeks for delivery (i chose basic shipping with no time guarantees for christmas) The saber hilt is beautifully crafted and exactly what i had hoped for. It was a present for my boyfriend and he loves it! It fits well in the hand, has a good weight and is perfect for our current project of building our own light saber.
Son loves his lightsaber. Only issues we had was shipping time.
I purchased the Ultrasaber for my nephew for Christmas. He finally received the item about a week ago and it was ordered on December 22. Getting an updated or an estimated time of delivery from the company was almost impossible.They have a phone number with a message to please email them, but they won't answer emails. I have to write an email saying I was going to place a complain with american express for them to finally answer. At that time they wrote an apologetic message giving me information on the delivery. The company regular delivery fee was quite expensive and you will expect a shorter delivery time. In terms of the quality of the product I can say my nephew was elated. And so very happy with it. He's 16 years old so if he's happy is because the product is good.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
