I purchased this for my son in hopes it was a more durable light saber then all the toy like ones you find everywhere. It was of exceptional quality! We all love it an cannot wait to order another! We hope to get our next one with sound now that we know its definitely worth the money! Thank you for a great product!
Fantastic service and quality! What experience with ultra sabers has always been great. The quality of the product is very good, and the service of seconds from them. The shipping process is great, the tracking information that you gathered and the packaging itself is outstanding.
It took about a month to receive our two products, and the extra border tax made receiving the actual package a hassle (had to drive across town to pick up as it was not able to be dropped off). However, the quality of these sabers lives up to all the reviews on the website. These are speciality items that I believe to be worth it if this is really what you want. There isn't a better option out there for what these items are.

Everything was great! I'm very pleased.
Working in online retail is a tough job and no matter what you do you cant make everyone happy.
That being said it still seems that the processing times for the orders is ridiculously high.
Now I don't know the size of the company but if your processing time for an order is greater than 2 weeks you should look into getting more help. By forcing people to wait that long you are giving them a reason to shop elsewhere.
That being said I do love the products I have purchased from ultrasabers and I personally wouldn't shop anywhere else.

Bought this as a first time saber owner. Glad I went with a mystery box! Ended up getting another as a gift for a coworker and he got a fully decked out saber. Worked out as a fantastic gift.

Had no trouble ordering, and aside from an apparent mixup on the postal service's side with the package going the wrong way for a bit, got my saber! Very pleased with the results, too.
Would really like the processing time cut in half. Hire more help. Seems most orders are mystery boxes. I don't understand why they take so long to process.
We received order safely and my husband was very pleased with the various sounds that the saber made and the glow of the silver coated blade was amazing

Great lightsaber
All of the savers I have purchased from ultrasabers are some of the best things I have bought for a couple hundred dollars. The sabers are very high quality material along with the blades and are super fun to battle with as I have no worries about the blade breaking or anything. It did take a bit longer than I expected to ship but with the new movie and tax returns I would assume they would have a million and a half orders to do. Other than that everything was perfect!
