When I first brought it, I enjoyed using it when the lights turned on. It felt like I was holding a real light saber. Would buy another one in the future that I might consider myself.

Great product. Exceeded my expectations.
I got my saber at Supercon. Very happy with it although it didn't have sound (it came in a mystery box). I'll just use it as a stunt saber for dueling and perhaps buy another in the future that's more "authentic" for cosplaying and whatnot. Overall, ultrasabers had awesome customer services and they were right when they said that you'll get what you paid for.

On thing, I'm not sure if it has low battery, but there are times when the light is dimmer, particularly at the top tip.
Should replacing the batteries fix this?

Wanted a cool collectable type high quality light saber and thats what i got. High quality metal, the sounds are loud and the light is quite bright. Pleased with my purchase.
For the most part I had a good experience, the only thing is I couldn't order the prophecy v3 with the dimond controller with a recharge port. Also when I got the saber and examined the diamond board, after I put it back it didn't want to turn on. But after a bit of fiddling it worked again.
Excellent experience so far...top notch...this is the real deal...if u r looking for Saber this is the only place to order from...100% satisfaction...

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
