Website can be a bit overwhelming to navigate and find what you are looking for. I purchased the guardian but had no idea that there was a build your own option where you could customize. It's awesome that there are so many options, but also intimidating that there are so many options. Overall great experience.

Pretty quick and easy. Do wish that I could adjust options in the wishlist, but that's a minor quibble.
Got everything in perfect working condition, so no manufacturing defects. Anything regarding shipping I put on the shipper, not the seller, though having said that, shipping was fast and everything arrived in good condition.

Amazon pay didnt work
Purchased a Liberator V3 Stunt Saber in Adegan Silver on Flash sale 25% off. I received it within a week, and I am very pleased with the quality of the hilt and the way the blade looks. Got a Ultraedge midgrade 36 inch blade and a guarded switch. It holds up well under use, and adjustment to the weight of the saber was speedy; it already feels fluid and easy to wield after less than a week of practice. A slight rattle occurs whenever swinging it as the battery module shifts around inside the blade, but this has never caused any trouble with the light. Looking forward to trying it in combat.
No problems with saber or speed of shipping, but it took forever to undo a double billing. Accidentally ordered twice (thought Amazon Pay didn't go through), contacted Ultrasabers right after order on Aug 6, did not get a reply until Aug 9 asking to confirm if my bank account was billed twice, replied back same day confirming I was billed twice and to cancel per Amazon Pay ID#, and did not get reply back until Aug 20 the resolving issue after a number of unanswered emails.

The sabers are quite good quality, even for the ones out of the mystery box. My only complaint would be that the housing around the AV switch was loose. This was my first saber, and I definitely plan on buying a second.
So happy with what I recieved. I'll be ordering much more in the future. First time buyer approved!

Buying this for my 18 year old grandson it is for his birthday when he turned 18 last month. He is a great guy was born 23 weeks weighing in at 1 lb 12 oz and was 13 inches long now he is almost 6 feet tall but 129 lb. He picked this out as he is into it very much and is very good at it when he shows me his workout using an older saber.
He loves it and said it just what he wanted and the fit is perfect for him. His smile tells me how much he likes it. Thank you Charlotte Clark
