When we first got the lightsaber the lightsaber part of it was delivered by fedex and was in horriable shape. I contacted costumer service and sent them photos of the damage and was sent a replacement throught usps and was delivered fast, by my husband birthday it was his presant and was very happy because he was happy with it. Thank you for making my first time shopping not a bad experiance.

I am in love with the overall product. My only issue with the saber was a minor blemish on my thin neck saber's emitter. Customer service replied the very same day regarding my issue and recommended a metal polish to remove the blemish. Overall I was very satisfied with their swift response as well as my shopping experience.
