Haven't heard back from customer service about a question I submitted a few weeks ago, response time could use improvement. Overall the quality of the product was satisfactory but would like to talk to someone about changing the color of one saber as it was not as I expected it to be.

Didn't expect a 150 bucks saber could look that nice, and it feels really REALLY good, the weight distribution is amazingly comfortable.
This was my 5th grab bag and 3rd mystery box. Received some good stunt sabers. Still waiting to win one of the bigger ones in the mystery box though.

The hilt is super nice, but I must say, I have ordered 2 mystery boxes and they both ended up being green blades. I was hoping for a different color. But I guess that's the risk when getting a Mystery box.
Delivery was on point. Ordered and chose two days delivery. Processed the day of and two days later it arrived. I was happy with what I got from the mystery lightsaber.
Time to ship was a week longer than I was told after I followed up to see the order status after a week. Great other than that issue.
I will surely make orders again. Fast delivery all the way to my doorstep.
I bought a set of his & hers lightsabers for my mate's wedding. It's a freaking awesome and 100% memorable wedding gift. Plus lightsaber fights during the reception: worth it just for the look on his mother's face!
