The customer service was pretty quick and my saber arrived EXACTLY when they said it would. 5 business days and fedex said a specific day and it arrived that day. So on top of great support and speedy service, the saber is great! It feels really nice and the blade feels so durable. The basic sound package is pretty dang good and for my first saber it has been great. I definitely will consider buying from them again

It was simple.
Whatever you do don't order from these rip offs! I spend over $300 and they sent me a saber without the options that I chose (noise and light). I contacted them twice by email and twice by phone to return so they could add the options. They don't return emails (even though they tell you email is the best way to reach them) and they don't answer the phone calls. I'm so angry. Complete scam.
Absolutely the worst customer service ever. My 13 year old son decided he was going to $150 of his money and purchase an ultra saber. He placed the order in the beginning of October and come to find out after weeks of asking for an update that one of the parts was out of stock and could take up to 12 weeks to come in. I called and emailed with little to no reply. Finally they responded stating they would refund the money but would be charging a 20% restocking fee. I'm not to sure what they were restocking as we never received anything. I told them that it was in poor taste to take the money as they did not deliver what they said would take weeks not months to come in. The refund is coming and they so kindly have taken over $30. I will never purchase anything from them in the future. They are a terrible company!
I bought the Dominicide LE, and it looks so cool and I got the blades in Violet Amythest! It's heavy (which I honestly wanted) and works amazing! Absolutely no rattle either which I found awesome!
Waited 6 months before getting my lightsaber.
After a year of trying to get my order and not being able to ever get a ship date, while the item was listed in stock on their website, I was told that I couldn't get a refund or a ship date on my item. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Do not by anything from them do you research and by from someone else, anyone else
I got a Phantom V2 Double bladed lightsaber, and it is awesome! At night (and normally) I have some of the coolest fights and tricks with my brother and friends! Great purchase and greatly satisfied!
I didn't even get my lightsaber I was wondering where it is for if I will ever get it let me know by a email just wondering I was looking forward to getting it but it feels like I will never get it I've bought I nerf gun online and I never seen it is very disappointing that it's happening with the lightsaber as well very sad please contact me back again
Great products shown online with equally great speedy service, I am VERY pleased with my order from start to finish! I had a minor/major warranty issue with the sound board. Major issue, but it it turned minor by how quick and helpful the staff were. Less than 2 weeks turnaround time for the warranty from my door to theirs and back again (a hobbits tale), and everything has been working great since!
Had one 5 years ago and we still battle to this day! Definitely recommend getting one, cheap for the quality
