What i asked for is exactly what i got. Couldn.'t fault the Barcelona third kit or the name and number printed on back. Delivery came when said if not a trifle expensive.
Being new to buying football shirts I didn't really know where to start. I got recommend Uksoccershop from a friend and a good recommendation it was, I managed to get all the strips personalized how I wanted them and sent really quick. Good tracked postage too. A++++

I ordered a retro football shirt with delivery promised within 4-6 weeks. NINE weeks later and it still hasn't arrived. I investigated further and found there have been press articles about how bad this company is (https://www.footyheadlines.com/2020/12/attention-dont-fall-for-this-fake.html) and there is even a Facebook group of dissatisfied customers. Communication with the company has failed to yield a refund, but this review will be amended if and when such a refund is received.
They are legitimate scammers. The good reviews are all fake & there is a dedicated facebook group full of hundreds of members who have been SCAMMED by them. There is a uk soccer shop facebook page and every comment is from customers that are commenting because they've been SCAMMED out of their money like I almost did if I hadn't have gone through PayPal & thankfully got my money back. They are SCAMMERS hiding behind 'UK soccer shop' as a name. The good reviews are fake so that the percentage of 'bad' reviews isnt as high in comparison to the (fake) good ones.
The item that I received was completely different than what I ordered. When I contacted the company they said that the wrong photo was on the product listing. I asked for a refund, and they said I had to pay return shipping from US to UK and that they'd reimburse me. I asked for an RMA, and they said they don't do it that way. I paid $27 shipping to return the item, and provided a receipt and my PayPal address as requested for reimbursement. Two months later, I received only a partial refund on the item and after three email exchanges promising reimbursement for shipping they've stopped answering my emails. I'm out $41 and have turned the matter over to my credit card company.
This site was good. A good value product. However took a little longer to arrive than estimated other than that, very good service.

Very good service and range of jerseys but quite a few not in stock, and not great size guides, my shirt is too large and my daughters is too small, this is a common mail- order problem. Otherwise no complaints
Well pleased with goods but disappointed in the length it took to be delivered which means it was too late for my Grandson for Xmas in Canada
The Arsenal prematch shirt is great. Soccer Shop was the only place that had it when all the major Sports stores didn't have it in stock

I bought my son's Christmas present from them last year and had really excellent service when there was a problem with the size I had ordered. And that is the reason I returned to them rather than another online shop - which was slightly cheaper... Knowing that they will treat you well of there is a problem is worth much more than the 5 pounds I could have saved!
I did wait a little while longer than expected but due to run up to Xmas and also more online shoppers due to lock down I realy can't complain, the prices are excellent and have made my grandson very happy with his top without spending more for the same top from other online stores.
Impressed order was easy enough to make and quick delivery. Will def use again in future without hesitation!
