I ordered an Arsenal shirt for my son in laws christmas after some confusion over the printing everything ended up good the shirt arrived and the print was excelent over the moon with it thank you

I found their e mail and asked and a reply came back very quickly that the order was not on its way It arrived a few days later and looks good. Can't wait to see our grandson's face when he opens his present.

Ordering process was easy and my purchase was delivered in a couple of days - earlier than forecast. Quality seems good.
Unfortunately I had ordered the wrong size (my own fault - I had been sent exactly what I had ordered). I emailed the company with a view to swapping the item for a larger size and received a reply very promptly. They have kindly agreed to swap the item even though normally the item I had purchased fell outside of their returns policy. Excellent customer service. Would easily give 5 stars once I receive replacement - not expected for a little while.
The tops all arrived together, with the correct names and numbers as requested. I thought the prices were either as good or slightly better than other websites.
I ordered several items and although they did not arrive as quickly as I initially expected, I was kept fully informed of shipping when the full order was ready, including tracking which was great. One of the tops had to be sourced in which caused a very slight delay.
I had one small issue with one of the tops where the printing had not adhered fully on one of the letters. It appeared to me that it was just too high for the printing machine, after debating whether to return or not I fixed this myself ( very carefully, I knew how as I used to do this printing. Do not attempt if you've never done this).
We bought 3 tops with lots of printing, names numbers and badges and this was the only issue, everything else was spot on.
Great selection and my son will be delighted when he receives all of these.

Whilst there was a slight delay in receiving my order I'm really pleased with the shirt bought for my son. Quality is good and as advertised. Customer service was good and prompt and they were apologetic for the delay. I would shop here again.
I just did business with this company, they advertised free international shipping, however during the ordering process they did not provide it when they shipped my order.
They also list items on the site that are not available to ship.

Purchased a mystery jersey with some of my mates, great value for money, everyone loved their shirts and we're even tempted to do it again! Some people got theres quicker than others but all were delivered within the delivery window as promised.
