After to find out that most of the women are on another websites and almost all the time online during more than 4 hours per day I came to the conclusion their ladies are working for the dating agencies in order to make you spend a lot of money. Some women are single during months and even years and they chat everyday online with more that 20 guys and read more that 100 letters. Do you think a normal person spend hours online looking for a soulmate without sleeping or working? Oh Yes they work for the agencies, some are even married.
Ekaterina sent me a few messages, and booking chat with me even if I was not replying so I used the pictures she gave me to make an inverted search image. Guess what she is also on the famous and serious website, irony of course, named goldenbride.net. A place using a lot of porn models's pictures to create fake profiles. Do the job guys with google and you won't be surprise. So the woman Ekaterina owns also a professional page on Instagram where she seems living a luxury life with a team making nice pictures. I was surprise that a model decided to contact me so I requested assistance to the customer service from ukrainebridesagency.com. Here is their answer, I quote:

I have been 5 months on this platform and I can only say what a waste of money and time. Disappointed.

I had an open profile for several years, but I wasn't always active, far from it, because life brings us its share of bad and good surprises.

I decided in December 2023, after another failed relationship with a regional life partner, that I would get back in touch internationally with some of the ladies on this site and see how far we could go together. After a promising start, almost all these ladies wanted to chat using a keyboard (very strange) and not a camera. I can't understand ladies who want to write rather than show their person as I do, because someone else might well write for them. On the other hand, I was only looking for contacts who could speak English properly, because without communication I don't see how we could live as a couple. We can exchange 3 to 5 times more information by speaking than by using our respective keyboards. Video is a faster, friendlier, jovial and above all normal means of communication and if you need to write you can write a letter. I'd also noticed that some ladies were trying to get an answer in a shortsighted letter that didn't advance the potential life partnership, or were answering another question rather than answering my question. I've also noticed that many of the ladies on this site spend many, too many hours online, waiting like "streetwalker" for customers, but only to chat. It's pretty strange for me! Finally, I noticed that many of the ladies were, in my opinion, setting particularly high age limits in relation to their age, but that they thought it was perfectly normal to go looking for a sugar daddy who might be 30 years and more older than them.

Then the problems began, as listed below:
- Writing response from a lady who told me she didn't have the time to communicate or visit the site regularly. I informed the site of this lady's reply and asked for a refund of the credits paid. The site replied that the lady had replied within 7 days, so the site refused to refund the credits used for nothing. It's the number of days that's important to the site, not the fact that she said she didn't have time to communicate.

- A lady who had booked a time for a video chat didn't show up on time without warning me.
- A doctor who wanted to have a video chat didn't turn up for the appointment I'd set up for her either, without of course warning me. Some Ukrainian women do take men for idiots.

- After a few emails with the site, the site decided to eject me and delete my profile on the grounds that I planned to leave the site in about two months. Yes, you read that right, it's possible to be ejected and leave the ladies I was supposed to be chatting with a few days later. The site does not care either about you or about the ladies waiting to chat. The site can do what it wants but they care about $$$ and the name of their dating company.

As far as I'm concerned, all sites that sell private contacts as this site does show that they are after your money because serious Swiss dating sites charge both men and women and leave it up to their adult and mature customers to decide to communicate their private phone number in order to have normal communications and not charged by the minute as Ukrainebridesagency. Sites (like Ukrainebrides agency) that block the communication of contacts and sell them behave like pimps and therefore it is quite normal to claim that there are necessarily people who only want to communicate by chat to charge males by the minute. Whatsapp is much more user-friendly than this site's chat but not for all ladies of the site, strange for me. Whatsapp even allows free communication by voice or text message to inform the person of an unforeseen event and postpone the chat until later. Sites that charge for contacts are necessarily special and expensive to use, and that's why ladies sell themselves by the hour or half-hour to chat. If these sites didn't block the communication of private contacts, they would probably lose 80% of their income, so you can understand the raison why they block and why the ladies are nicer than in normal sites.

A lady who truly wants to find a life partner behaves normally and doesn't spend 6 to 10 hours asking males if they'd like to chat with a keyboard. A person who wants to find a life partner plans to meet him, not just chat for hours or write dozens of letters for nothing.

After spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars with this site they deleted my account because I was angry and frustrated that they charged me for a letter that l did NOT send. Instead of doing good customer service and good will they simply deleted my account without refund and without an option to reinstate. The worst part was that after spending hundreds of dollars I finally meet a lady I was really keen on and could definitely see a long term relationship with but now because they deleted my account I have no way of contacting the lady and explain what the site did to me and how l have no way of contacting her AND I have lost all my money in the process with no results!
