This is a copy of another company.

They copy the dresses so they are "not eexactly like the one on the website" as they said to me hence my dress arrived with significant differences.

After days of correspondence through the website contact page they refused to let me send it back and refused a refund, after some pushing I managed to get a 40% value of the dress compensation.

Customer service (which doesn't seem to exist, just a person responding to emails) were unhelpful and deflected all of my references to their returns policy, even asking me if it was "fair" to give me the refund when they'd paid out materials and labour costs to make it!

It would seem that http://millybridal.en.alibaba.com is the real website. I corresponded with Alibaba customer services who were extremely helpful and professional, this is how I found out about the deception of the other website.

Go through a website that has full contact details and use a credit card as this gives you greater rights to getting your money back.

I've purchased a dress from them that I think is only fit for cleaning up in my daughter is so upset. The dress is nothing like the pictures on the website, cheap and nasty material and when you try to contact them to return it they only want to give you 15% of what you've paid for it plus there is no return labels which they don't want to give you details when you try to contact them. So thanks to milly bridal my daughter is without a prom dress, hope you are happy with your rip of methods. PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE

This dress is absolutely stunning! I couldn't be happier. The material is beautiful quality and it pulls in from the back so is easily adjustable. Overall very happy

Brought a burgundy prom dress which was supposed to be made to measure received a red dress. Contacted millybridal and was asked to supply a photo which we did they sent us photos back of a burgundy dress saying this is what they sent with measurements. After i pointed out that the measurements on the photos were not the ones we supplied and the colour was completely different not just a slight shade. After this there stock answer to every email was it was made to order
Luckly we paid with paypal and was able to put a claim through them.

The dress I ordered came just as expected and is great quality. It looks just like I wanted and the communication was great when I had a question about my order. I totally recommend!

I absolutely love this dress. I was a little skeptical ordering online without trying the dress on, but it fit perfectly and looked amazing. I am 5'4,125 pounds, and a 2 fit perfectly! When going off of the sizing chart the only measurement that matters is the waist since the rest of the dress flows out from there. Also, the dress got to me within 4 days of ordering so that was a plus! ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS DRESS AND THIS WEBSITE!

I wore this dress to a Purity ceremony... the dress is more beautiful than I had expected it to be. The sizing was also great, it was just the right fit. I got numerous compliments about the dress.

Thank you so much for my dress, it is exactly how I imagined it would be. The colour (Champagne) and length are absolutely perfect! I paid extra for a custom made dress (which was still amazing value for the style of dress and quality of the material) and while it is just a little tight across the back and sleeves it's not too restrictive. It's also a bit big at the waist and across the tummy area but as I hope to lose more weight I will leave it until after Christmas and have adjustments done then.

Customer service was excellent throughout, I requested samples and received large swatches of material which really helped with visualising the colour and fabric. Upon placing my order, I was contacted for arm and back sizes as these aren't on the online order form. I live in Scotland and I ordered on 24th August, it was shipped on 4th September and I received it on 21st September. I had read a review that mentioned they sent it packaged inside out so I didn't get a shock opening the parcel and after leaving to hang for a while some of the wrinkles fell out, although I will get it professionally steamed before the big day.

Please pass on my personal thanks to whomever made my dress as I'm sure I will look stunning on my wedding day in May 2021.
Update June 2021:
After having my dress altered to give more of a defined waistline I was delighted with my dress on the big day and felt like a movie star.

I didn't want to write a review with out having a photo, but i guess i will upload the pic after my prom. I was very very nervous about buying online, but after i read ALL THE REVIEWS for this dress i thought ill give it a shot! My dress arrived 3 days ago, and i was amazed with the qualityyy it looks sooo amazing, the fabric the details everything. I put it on and fits just ferfect. Please if you really like this dress dont think about it tiwce, it is amazing and i feel like a princess everytime i try it on :) Customer service was very good. Delightful dress, my granddaughter is thrilled. Fast delivery with on-line tracking. Highly recommended.

On May 15th I received the dress ordered for my granddaughter's prom. It was a full length dress and was in a small plastic bag and was really crumpled. We decided that it was to be returned. No returns form was emailed despite many requests. There was no contact number. The address in London is just a mailbox. I contacted Barclaycard to see if they could offer any help. I mentioned Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 to Milly Bridal and stated that I had been given that information by Barclaycard. Various offers of refund were made but I insisted that I wanted to return the dress. Eventually a returns form was emailed and I was told I would receive a full refund when they received the dress. I took out insurance through Royal Mail and a tracking number. I emailed to say the dress had been posted and after two weeks I checked with the Post office who said the dress had been delivered. I then emailed Milly Bridal to tell them and they asked for the tracking number and how it has been sent. I have now receive my full refund after two months of pestering them. In the end it was a matter of principle rather than the money but I am glad to have got it. I will never deal with them again. The motto here is you need to persevere.
