I purchased a few pieces of furniture in November for Christmas. It's now May 25th and they have not delivered the final piece and said they would refund then didn't. I have dozens of emails and calls with them saying they would deliver or refund. Every time I call I go through the same process and get they same run around saying they would take care of it. Last time they emailed saying they would refund. Still never received refund. Finally went to local store and purchased unit. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL NOT HONOR THE DEAL.
I just had the worst online furniture purchase experience of my life! Purchased a 5 piece Parker House desk set Sept 1. After COUNTLESS promises that is was coming in Oct, then Nov I finally gave up and requested to CANCEL order and REFUND money Dec 2 - had to do in writing and I did. They then SHIPPED it anyway to deliver DEC 23 - 2 days before Christmas, really?!? Then it arrives damaged! Their "white glove" delivery/setup is a joke - just 3 guys in a hurry to get to the next delivery. HORRIBLE! I asked for a refund of "setup fee" of $100 BY CHECK and I would happily part ways and not give them a bad review but they couldn't even get that right and credited card instead -- These people will tell you anything (usually untruthful) so RUN from them - it's not worth the money saved - BUY FROM WAYFAIR they actually offer customer service and DO WHAT THEY SAY and fix problems when they arise unlike this deplorable company. Awful. I would give them zero stars if I could.
So I purchased a desk and chair last week. I received an email that it is enroute. Great. Then I received a new email today saying that they cannot deliver it if I (the buyer who paid for delivery) cannot locate a local "loading dock" and then pay and have them deliver it. Hmmm, where's the white glove delivery? No worries though, because the website also ensures great customer service. I called. That would be a big no too. The great customer service rep explained that in fact, my order is not on the way. That was a "glitch" that said it was. I would never do business with this company again. Highly recommend you go elsewhere. Don't waste your $ or your time.
Ordered item that was "in-stock" on their website. Over three weeks and counting. Still not in stock. However, you are not allowed to cancel your item once you purchase it unless you do so in 24 hours of ordering. How is someone to know the item is not in stock when they lie and say it is. In the meantime... we continue to wait.
According to me, I purchased Sony Bravia TV but store was not providing me a good TV stand, so I search for TV stands furniture online and found this website which provides different ranges of stands at an affordable price and now I am fully satisfied with the product and its service. Answer: Not very good. Been waiting for over 3 weeks for item that was supposed to be in stock. Will not refund the cost of item (over $2k) because their policy states within 24 hours. How is one to know the item is not in stock when the website clearly indicates it is?
Answer: Scam for me. I've been waiting for over 3 weeks for an entertainment center that they will not refund. Their site with shipping is 2200. Locally, 2500. $$ save is not worth the hassle.
