So I purchased a desk and chair last week. I received an email that it is enroute. Great. Then I received a new email today saying that they cannot deliver it if I (the buyer who paid for delivery) cannot locate a local "loading dock" and then pay and have them deliver it. Hmmm, where's the white glove delivery? No worries though, because the website also ensures great customer service. I called. That would be a big no too. The great customer service rep explained that in fact, my order is not on the way. That was a "glitch" that said it was. I would never do business with this company again. Highly recommend you go elsewhere. Don't waste your $ or your time.
