Not very good. Been waiting for over 3 weeks for item that was supposed to be in stock. Will not refund the cost of item (over $2k) because their policy states within 24 hours. How is one to know the item is not in stock when the website clearly indicates it is?

Answer:
Scam for me. I've been waiting for over 3 weeks for an entertainment center that they will not refund. Their site with shipping is 2200. Locally, 2500. $$ save is not worth the hassle.
