I am using this website for last 3 months and subscribed for all the subjects. Tutors are really good. I was bit hesitant initially when they were asking me to try and show my work. But with their appreciations i am much better now and i have become a fast learner. Initially i was thinking that they are taking long time to answer but when i also started responding they responds faster now. Tutors are of really good quality. Thanks TutorVista for enhancing my skills.

I really enjoyed the tutoring program because before I Dodd not get understand anything at all about differential equations and from now on I could do one on my own. I came by being on levels 1 to level 10. Awesome learning experience!

I am Jamari, recently singed up with tutorvista, I got a good help from the tutor who made me solve all the homework questions. I learned the topic of polynomials from basics with the help of tutor. It is very helpful for me to get good grade.

I was trying to figure out a problem for my chemistry home work and this little chat box popped up saying I could have a free demo session. So I said yeah, sure why not? Maybe it could help... boy was I wrong! This person was very rude the entire time! I couldn't get all of the convo in the picture and he refused to give me his name in the beginning. What a waste of time, I will never be using this site again!

I gave into this site and purchased a 1 week plan. Let me just say that I had a homework assignment in chemistry that was extremely important because I had to use it to study for the final. I can't believe the service they are offering you for the money. This website is a great way to get sleep deprivation because it sucked up my entire evening. I failed the chemistry test because I didn't have time to study the assignment I completed with the tutor. To do one assignment, it took the tutor 6 hours to complete. I'm just glad they have a 100% money back guarantee because I got a refund faster than I could blink my eye.

Avoid this web site! I found errors on nearly every page I examined. Some of the content is stolen from other web sites (including mine). This company should be shut down and forced to pay retribution for these thefts.

I needed urgent help for an upcoming exam, and without the Academic Counsellor giving me a 5 minute or a small demo to see how the program is, he just went on and on advertising the tutor service. I decided to see how "excellent" tutorvista is, and I looked here to see so many reviews that were negative. I let him know, and he unprofessionally accused TutorVista's competitors that they were writing negative reviews and they are all fake. Completely ridiculous, glad that I wasn't going to do business with these people.

So i was studying for a midterm exam in math analysis coming up in a few days right? So i came across TutorVista, and decided to try it out. They immediately linked me with an acad person, and after a few minutes of asking my name and subject, they tried to make me decide on a package before even getting a demo or free trial. I had to actually ask for it multiple times before waiting 5 minutes for an actual tutor. I was given about ten minutes, and after i gave the problem to the tutor, he wasted about five minutes asking for my name, and making me confirm that my problem was too long to solve and that it would only be partially solved because of the time frame. I was fine with that. (The problem i gave the tutor I already knew how to do, but i was testing the person because of all the reviews i saw on this site saying that the tutors gave wrong answers). Although the tutor went through the problem right, he/she basically spent the rest of my five minutes not even finishing the first step. I understand that this is a free trial and it is to see how it works, but with this speed, how long is it going to take the tutor to actually solve the problem? After the session, the acad person kept trying to make me buy packages, insisting that it was "the best tutoring program you can find". LIES.

When I first came across the site, I was offered a free trial. Then I was put into a 'classroom' online where I was told there was actually no "trial" tutors available. I was told they have different tutors for the free trial than for actual homework help. So fine, they gave me a 'great' deal for one hour of tutoring and assured me there would be absolutely no wait time, he had the tutor waiting for me. As soon as I paid he was rushing to get off chat with me, but I wanted him to stay until I was connected to a tutor. I never was. There was no tutors available. Told him I wanted a refund and he said No please try our services first. I did finally, the tutor gave me wrong answers on my homework and didn't know what he was talking about. He kept asking me if there were answers in the back of my book. He seemed very grumpy and was overall horrible at his job. Finally recieved a refund. Thought i would give it one more try, bought the unlimited package as it was a good price. I was told i would recieve unlimited help, long story short even though i screenshot my convo with the rep saying "you will have unlimited help for 15 days" they only credited my account 5 hours and refuse to do anything about it.

Obviously I believed I was talking to a robot at first, I thought it was an ad to be honest, the guy told me about the service and I screwed around believing he was a robot, i said something like "Is this service free" and he said no and then i said
"Do i Pay with a blood or will 2 legs be sufficient?'

A little later a tutor connected and I did a test question, I asked what is the GrAPH(Of)Sin(x) to make sure that the tutor was fake ( i added spelling mistakes to be sure), she drew a graph and showed me to confirm. She was real.

I asked my actual question and she helped me, actually fully helped me, answered all my questions and showed me how to do it. She didn't know a specific problem but that was because they have only like 10 teachers to answer the thousands of people who go online for the demo, so they try their best and the only one available was a teacher lower grade than me.

But the teachers in the payed program are all masters who are pro's in your subject.

The coordinator came on and when I started to say frustrating things like "I can just relog and pretend I'm a new user to get the new user discount, so don't tell me that I'm the 999,999,999th user to join cause I know i can get this discount again and it won't expire" but he remained calm and friendly and explained me the whole limited teachers for the demo part and I actually will buy the service.

They're legit, they're friendly, the teachers are real, and they actually help. Allot

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! UNDEPENDABLE! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My first month with Tutorvista was great, so I renewed my service. After renewing my service, things went down hill fast! I would have scheduled sessions and the tutor would not even show up. Customer care continually told me the problem would be resolved, but it was never any better. It got worse. I finally asked for a refund for my remaining time. They told me I could not get a refund and to enjoy the rest of my tutoring time. This is after MANY complaints. I emailed the company back. They did not respond. I called and they hung up on me. I called back and left a voice mail. I have not heard anything back. I am reporting them to The Better Business Bureau and taking legal action if necessary.

Awful. Tutors are very slow and often give the wrong answers. They do not listen to questions, or respond to your questions. They are unable to explain basic concepts. They have a scheduling system, but more than half the time the tutor does not even come to scheduled appointments. When I call to ask where my tutor is, it's always the same story "technical difficulties" or "emergency" and nothing is done about it and I am left with no one to help me with my homework. What am I paying for?

Signed up for Tutor Vista for 1 month for $109.99. Within minutes i received a call I could upgrade to 3 months for $249.99. I expressed concern Tutor Vista might not be the right online tutoring company. I used them 2 years ago and the tutors were so slow. Customer service rep told me I would receive a full refund if I was not satisfied. Beware, the reps will tell you what you need to hear to purchase a subscription. Tutors are slow (possibly working with other students at the same time) but more importantly their answers are wrong. Called to cancel and was told, I should have immediately reviewed the Terms of Service to confirm what I was told was the true. 1 month of service cost $124.99 for wrong answers. Don't waste your time or money.

They are rude. They keep asking you to subscribe. It says you get a free session but you don't. When I confronted one of the people about having a free session they told me that I had been on here before in which I haven't my sister had. They would not give me my free session so I called them worthless and they asked me again if I wanted to subscribe.
