We bought the Global 4 door upright hardening cabinet - it is very big, beautiful and very, very cold! This was my first venture into the smoothie business. Everyone was helpful through some pretty basic questions that I had. I was really nervous with such a relative big ticket item, but they assured me that it would be delivered and would work, etc. and it has been a great purchase so far. They even gave me the straight story on how it would have to be refilled and what might work better (which now that I am working with it, I understand). The only problem was that one piece of the machine was shipped with one trucking company and one with another (coming from two different parts of the country at different times and days) which made tracking a bit difficult to follow but it all worked out... I would just plan for more patience in this part of the process than I had planned for.
I was looking for an ice cream cart because mine was stolen and Turnkey Parlor was exceptional. Dee has a warm and friendly voice over the phone and I'm back in business. This cart is way better than my old one also. Very sturdy and I no longer need dry ice. It didn't take long to deliver it also
