We were very happy with the entire process. I am not going to lie we were nervous doing a deal with someone we have never met or with product we have never seen other than pics. Neil gave us plenty of references which put our minds to ease. We went and picked up our stuff directly and were able to work the deal to having fair game on anything in the shop which was a bonus. We would recommend TurnKey to anyone looking to buy yogurt equipment!
They were very flexible with when they would ship the display case after I bought it. This is such a life-saver for a big build-out project like mine that had unexpected delays. They were always very helpful and thorough when I called on the phone, making sure I had everything I needed and shipping at my convenience.

The plug pattern was different than what was in the specs and Jeanne was to issue a shipping credit to make up for the huge error and electrical costs. The shipping was billed to my American express card of which she is to credit BUT she said she put a Credit on my paypal which is not where the shipping charge is currently billed. Still waiting for the credit to come in on my AMEX card...
