I own The Revolution Ice Cream Co. In Tampa Bay, FL. I sold a large batch freezer through Turnkey Parlor. The process was easy, fast and I got more for my machine than I thought I would. I would recommend Turnkey Parlor to anyone looking to buy or sell ice cream machinery.

Turnkey was fine ... except making the up front payment before shipment was a little disconcerting. The Nelson BDC8 cart has worked out fine as it appears to be well designed and easily keeps the product frozen for more than 12 hours while unplugged. It did have some minor workmanship issues that I needed to fix. I contacted Nelson Mfg and they were embarrassed that they shipped a cart with a misaligned grill and stripped tapped holes (which I re-centered and re-tapped). I will use Turnkey in the future and would buy another Nelson since it is rugged and reliable.

Jennie at TurnKeyParlor was especially helpful as I considered what model of cart to purchase. Would by all means purchase from them again.

Spending a lot of money for equipment sight unseen made me nervous. However, Turnkey assured me that their sales process guaranteed my satisfaction at the end of the day. When things didn't go quite as expected, their customer service was amazing and made it right without any hesitation or hassle. I recommend buying from Turnkey!

We recently purchased a hardening cabinet for our ice cream shop from Turnkey Parlor. Jennie was more than helpful suggesting options and facilitating the delivery of our new unit. We bought the Global 4 door upright hardening cabinet - it is very big, beautiful and very, very cold! We will not hesitate to reach out to Turnkey the next time we need to purchase ice cream equipment.

Purchased a soft serve machine from them over a year ago and had a small concern with it. Tish was very responsive in assisting to resolve the issue. We were Impressed.

I purchased my second purchase from Turnkeypalor and Jennie was great. She listened to our vision, for our ministry and helped us decide on which cart would be best.

The cart has been great, and easy to maneuver around round as we push it, and it keeps the Ice cream cold for many hours while we are out in the community handing out free Ice cream.

The plug pattern was different than what was in the specs and Jeanne was to issue a shipping credit to make up for the huge error and electrical costs. The shipping was billed to my American express card of which she is to credit BUT she said she put a Credit on my paypal which is not where the shipping charge is currently billed. Still waiting for the credit to come in on my AMEX card....

We are very satisfied with our experience of buying an ice cream freezer from Turnkeyparlor. The freezer was exactly as advertised and arrived in perfect condition on time. I bought the Ropak system for my two masterbilt DD-66 LCG display ice cream freezers. The frame was designed wrong and could not work. I ordered these items for shipment oversees so returning was not an option. I had to hire a local team to redesign the frame and now it works fine. I really like the Ropak system but I had to pay extra for the proper frame to be built locally.
Please check the Ropak design specs for the masterbilt lcg cabinets.

I went on line looking for a ice cream freezer and Turnkey Parlor came up. The President Neil Williams e-mailed me videos of there freezer & we found the 16 pail freezer & looked at there finance program . They got it all put together and we got are freezer delivered to are door. We are very pleased with them. If you have a question they get the right person to answer it. I would recommend Turnkey Parlors .
