We had a couple of pieces of ice cream making equipment left over from our early ice cream making days. They were in great condition and we needed a reliable way to sell them. We got in contact with Turnkey Parlor and within a few weeks they had sold them for us. They found the buyer, arranged for pickup from our warehouse and we got paid on time. Turnkey was fine... except making the up front payment before shipment was a little disconcerting. The Nelson BDC8 cart has worked out fine as it appears to be well designed and easily keeps the product frozen for more than 12 hours while unplugged. It did have some minor workmanship issues that I needed to fix. I contacted Nelson Mfg and they were embarrassed that they shipped a cart with a misaligned grill and stripped tapped holes (which I re-centered and re-tapped). I will use Turnkey in the future and would buy another Nelson since it is rugged and reliable.

Neil, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to both you and Tish. I've purchased from you in the past and have always been satisfied. My most recent purchase was not in the condition the third party had stated and required more than $2300 in repairs. I have purchased two hardening cabinet from Neil and the folks at Turnkey. It all began because Neil was the first dealer who took the time to explain the difference between a hardening cabinet and a blast freezer. He gave examples from his own experiences, industry norms, and customer experiences as to why an ice cream business such as ours probably had no need for the smaller and much more expensive blast chillers. We got a great deal on a previously sold, but never used single door model. Two years later and in need of something bigger, Neil gave us a great price on the quad door model and it was at our facility two days later... unbelievable.

We are opening up a Gelato shop and needed to order dipping cabinets. We sent an email to Turnkey Parlor and immediately was contacted by Tish. She was very helpful giving us all the info. On the different cabinets. She made the order process easy. When the cabinets arrived, one of them had the incorrect grid set up. She stepped in and called the manufacturer and followed thru to make sure we got the right set up. I will always call Turnkey Parlor when I need equipment and Tish is worth her weight in gold.

I am building an ice cream truck, I bought a used Nelson b8c from turnkey. I did a bank deposit to pay them and they were in contact with me until my product showed up this helped with the anxiety of paying site unseen and a shipment. When my freezer arrived it wasn't freezing. So I contacted my agent (Tish) and we got the ball rolling to get it fixed. I found a shop that would fix it she told me what the receipt needed to say, I emailed a copy to Tish and I got a check for the repair I paid for in advance. I was able to talk with someone thought the entire experience, I would recommend using turnkey and keyword farms to anyone total pleasure and satisfaction!

I spoke to Tish from Turnkey Parlor and she was amazing! She responds to you quickly, by email phone even text! My push cart was rejected when being delivered. I called Tish when I found out my push cart was rejected and she picked up right away. She fought for me and was able to get the delivery guys to turn back and re-deliver again even though they left 40+ minutes already. She understands that the push cart was very important for me to receive it on time. She absolutely provided an above and beyond customer experience to me!
