I have ordered several pieces of jewelry. Delivery takes a couple weeks, however every piece of jewelry was exactly as advertised. Pretty items at great prices. Waiting on a set of sheets... will update. I do love this website.
I ordered from this website for the first time and honestly I was a little nervous... But I ended up getting exactly what I ordered in the mail! The only negative thing I have to say would be that the shipping takes 7-10 days for you items to ship, but other than that, this website is great! :)

Easy to buy from if you can wait for the first deal. Pretty much fun too. But I am sorry I have to send my purchase back, no problem there either. I have no printer and they said they would be happy to mail one out to me. I will shop again.
My experience with selecting a product and clicking on a price that l believed was an assume deal and opening my purchase upon its timely delivery was great fun! After looking over my purchase it met all expectations. My only issue was that packaging left a slight line on the bottom rear of bag where it was folded to fit packaging. Hopefully this will disappear with time.
Difficult you answer as I havent received product yet. Will update concerning quality, packaging and when products will be delivered.
My only concern was, given my daughter is severely allergic to shellfish and one order placed was a 64 inch pearl necklace. I attempted to clarify if it was really pearl. I did receive the answer twenty four hours after purchase that they were faux pearls. It was good for me, given my daughter's daughter's allergies, though misleading to others thinking they were purchasing authentic pearls. It is a bit concerning when purchasing jewelry if quality stated is what is being purchased.

I am not sure where you get these reviews but I think Tumbledeal is a piece of@!#$. I only ordered from them after the reviews I read on your site. If you had not given them almost a 5 star review I would have done a thorough research prior to ordering. Thanks to you my money is in the hands of scammers. I am out almost $300, cant find anyone to speak with about my order status and the phone number I have for them does not work. I am getting ready to report them to the FBI and I will call my bank who will most definitely go after them for my money. Either way they will be shut down, Those little pieces of@###$%#@!
I ordered earrings that were silver and had so called crystals. They arrived broken and the hook that goes in your ear was just stuck on the end of the earring and looked cheap! The material that it was made of looked like something out of a box of cracker jacks. If I would of seen these in the 99 cent store I would of laughed!
I can't believe they have the nerve to sell such junk. I will never go on that site again.

Ordered a purse based on picture on website. Metallic accents appeared to be silver but in reality are bright brass - very cheap looking. No refund on purses - store credit was offered to me as an exception to a their "all purse sales are final" policy. Not interested in future purchases with a store having such a rigid return/refund policy.
Oh my GOD, I love my earrings. I was expecting a nice pair of earrings but when I open the package I did a double take. They are absolutely beautiful.
I could not wait to put them on. The look is incredible. I would recommend buying two pair because if you have a daughter they will come up missing.
Due to some sort of mix up when checking out of a freeze price I had won, I received two and was charged for two, of the item. I wanted only one. When I explained the situation to the service representative, he got back to me pretty quickly with a solution. I would be emailed a return label so I could mail back the extra, unwanted, item at no cost to me since it was not my error.

When speaking to employees, they were understanding, professional & got the job done. Had to wait for some time before I was sent an email giving permission to return a purse, but it happened & purse was returned.
I purchased a handbag and when it arrived, the metal on it was scratched and zipper area was mis-shaped plus the color was not accurate. However, Customer Service has been very accommodating in providing the necessary materials/information to send my merchandise back for a refund.
I bought a pair of boots from Tumbledeal when they arrived the size was a mismatch. I called customer service a representative quickly helped. I appreciate being able to call and talk to a person rather than just sending an email.
