Few day ago, I have bought contact lens from this website. Their product quality is very good. Vibrant colored contact lenses makes eyes look pretty and excellent vision. Shipment is quick. Customer support is also good.
I have dark brown eyes and as advertised on Instagram and adds the contacts are strong enough to cover the dark eyes and change the color, mine did not! I ordered 3 pairs of color contacts they did not change my eye color at all! When I reached out to customer service I was told they don't refund opened products when I explained to her the products have to be tried on to see if they work she refused to give refund or Instore credit. Total waste of money if you have dark eyes!

I bought 5pairs of prescription contact lenses which took a month to arrive. I was disappointed with the lenses I put them in the cleaning solution overnight tried them on the next day and they irritate my eyes and they move around when you blink. They are way to big for my eyes when I put them on you can see my eye color instead of just the Pupil. The only thing I liked was the box it came in. Save your money I wouldn't recommend these lens. I guess u get what you pay for which is garbage.
The contacts I bought stated that it can be replaced yearly. After wearing them for 6 months, the contacts started getting uncomfortable and moves out of place. I do a good job maintaining them and this has happened 3 times. The reason why I keep buying them is bc I'm in love with the color (queen chocolate) but if you're going to buy a yearly pair of contacts, make sure to buy 2 bc it is DEFINITELY not yearly!

This site does not deserve the bad reviews it has. I ordered from them a bit ago and got my product and it is exactly what I wanted and came pretty quickly. The item ships from China so it does take about a week to get to the USA. I thought that my tracking number wasn't working because the package did not appear to be moving for awhile so I emailed TTDEYE. They responded the next day explaining that since it was coming from China I would not be able to track it until it got to the US. This turned out to be true, and I was able to track it after about 7 days. I appreciated the quick response and an actual explanation. Their customer service is good and the products are great quality, have already ordered from them again.
I ordered these impulsively without doing research first and I emailed asking if i could cancel my order. They said not until i receive it. I received them and now i want to return them and get refunded $30 they have not answered my emails. I have emailed 3 times. I want my money back! Pls
I recently just order a pair of contacts and once i put them in, one contact was scratching up my eye the entire day! I let them soak in cleaner for 24hrs and even tried putting them in different eyes. Flash forward a day or so later and i now have an eye infection.
I ordered $100CAD worth of their items on their website on May 18,2019 and almost 20 days later I checked the package if it is even on it's way but then I found out that it was sent back to them due to the package broke or something. I decided to contact this page and ask what's up with my order and they replied that it was returned to them because of the liquid and gave me another tracking number to track my order. I was already frustrated then I asked when should I expect my order to arrive. They replied, that I have to wait another 10-20 days for my order! What an awful customer service that this website have. It wasn't my fault that the item broke that they can't even send me the new package ASAP. I don't recommend this seller and I will never ordering anything from you guys ever again!

At first, I was really skeptic about buying because of some reviews I was seeing, but I'm glad I did because they really look good on me, sooooo love them! I bought the trinity green one. I want to try the twinkle brown one next time, they look so cool.
I was looking to order a pair of cosplay lenses for a convention and paid for expedited shipping. The next day I was contacted by customer support to let me know the lenses I'd ordered went out of stock. They offered to switch the lenses out for another pair of my choice off their website without having to pay the price difference. It was tempting, but it wouldn't arrive in time for the convention anyway, so I requested for a refund. Customer support was extremely pushy and kept trying to convince me to change my mind, offering discount codes and once again offering to switch the lenses. I shouldn't have to fight to get my money back from a company who appears to be using the "bait and switch" scam, as another review mentioned.
I placed my order, uniuni there courier I assume lost my package, they kept lying to me.
Roger from there csr tried to help was rude, 2nd parcel was sent for me. I received it today, no apology note. Nothing! I asked for my money back and they denied as I no longer required there product rather without my consent they sent me a package. No idea till date where the original parcel is! Never using them again
