My experience thus far has been outstanding, everyone has been professional, very nice, and the process has been extremely easy. Also, your prices are great compared to other companies I called before making a final decision. Lastly, thank you for offering white glove service, this is very important to the clients I work with.
Customer service was excellent for setting up the pickup of the furniture piece. Friendly individuals handling the calls. Have not yet had the pickup and delivery part done yet but if that is as efficient the setup i will be very happy.
Terms and condition are the exact opposite of what I purchased. After multiple phone calls the issue is not resolved. Transit Systems then lied to my sister, trying to trick her into releasing my property, saying I had accepted the terms and conditions when I had not.
So far, it's been just fine. Haven't received my quote yet. Website is easy to navigate and easy to use. Thanks. Hope we can do business.

Requisite information, such as clock prepatation required to be done separately from Transit Systems, was not forthcoming on website or in initial contractual discussions. This added a lot of stress to the experience.
Well the truck was trying to come to my house a day before the dispatch er said. No knowledge of that. Then the dispatch says they can't make it down my street because they are in a 53 ft trailer. Turns out, when I finaly got to the freight company, they said no we do not use 53 ft. Trailers, we use pup trailers. Therefor he could have gotton to my house. I had to load a very heavy sterns and foster king into my truck and drive to them. It took over 2 hours because of traffic.
This was a total mess.
The staff was personable. Questions were answered immediately. Pick-up and delivery was at the scheduled time.
