This is my first move and although the sales gentlemen was great at his job of selling your movers as the best, I trusted him and your service failed me. 2 of my largest items were a mattress and box spring and they were both severely damaged. The mattress is still usable but the box spring is damaged in several locations. Another box I had was torn as well but luckily I had packed it in bags in addition to the box so my items were still in tact. I did buy insurance but an am being refunded a small amount and nothing close to replace my box spring. Had the agent explained the insurance policy better this may have been avoided. I am very disappointed at the handling of my things and then the poor customer service after you got your money and now I am stuck with damaged goods as I do not have the funds to pay the deductible and difference. I would never use your company again and will make it known on other sites.

I had to fill out information twice and even the second time after submitting request the website said that this site had moved location and could not finalize my quote request. I was surprised to actually receive a price quote. So, that was a pleasant surprise.
I have only just requested a shipping quote, however, so far the website is very user friendly. The online form is simple, filling it out is quick and easy. What I (REALLY) like it the promise to get a quote within a few minutes...it's very frustrating to have to wait even 24 hours for a quote.
I give this site 2 thumbs and 2 big toes up!
I needed to return a large pkg and other carriers I contacted were making it very difficult. I have included transit system in my addresses with a gold star. Edward was very helpful.

We sent two large chairs and ottomans from MA to Key West,FL. The items were picked up, wrapped and on their way on time as promised. The furniture arrived in a timely fashion,before the expected date. Both crews were very professional and polite. I would do business with this company any day! Great work.

Our move, #******* was originally requested for 10/5 - 10/7 and, once set up, changed to 10/7 - 10/9. I have been in contact with, and left messages for Alan Silverman co confirm our move - hopefully for 10/7 - 10/8, with no tangible response. I am concerned because we have made arrangements for the remainder of our furnishings to be donated to Habitat and our flight up north are scheduled for 10/10, am. So far, this has not been a very satisfactory experience, to say the least.

Everything went smoothly... Furniture was picked up and arrived at the destination a few weeks earlier than expected!... All pieces were wrapped and in great condition... Would definitely use Transit Systems again!

You have a poor system for calculation of rates. I use the usps shipping because of the simplicity of finding the rates. You people are more interested in telling how good you are.
Very poor communication. The driver picking up my load complained the whole time, also did not call me prior to pick up as requested so I could be at the storage unit. It was a four window for pick up and I was not going to sit at the storage unit for 4 hours. Then on the delivery, I had been called the night before and was given the impression he would deliver in the morning and after various calls during the day to get a time he didn't show up until almost 5:30. He had to call for directions since he apparently didn't have GPS. I had added additional boxes and understood there could be an additional charge. I had left a message for Eddie who had arranged the move, he never called back. Before the delivery I talked to no less than 3 different people who told me there was no additional charge. On 9/24 I spoke to customer service because I wanted to make the additional payment if there was one and was told no payment due. Then a week after the items were delivered I get an email from Eddie saying he was charging my credit card. No advance warning, no phone call to tell me and this was a week after the move was completed. I've never heard of a moving company delivering without being paid in full. I called Eddie on 10/2 for an explanation, he said he was looking into and haven't heard back. Very poor customer service!

Answer: From what I can tell, a scam. They charged me $2000; confirmed a pickup date, and didnt show up. Since then they've been dodging calls and emails.
