Your pick up time (2pm to 6pm) is very unpleasant. One of my customers ha to meet the truck to get his package. In another picked up the driver arrived 6:15 pm. And now you can not track your shipment online what totally does not work for me.
It has taken me almost a year to cool down from this horrible experience. My advice is - read the fine print. Then read it again. Do not take a phone conversation as a commitment. Everything must be documented in writing. Pickup was late. Delivery was late. Cost was more than quoted because the person who booked the shipment told me delivery was workable on an evening or a weekend. Not true. Shipment was held hostage for yet more money to deliver when my son was available which was not during his work day. I would never use this company again. Ever.
This is the second time I am using transit systems to handle my move. I've already done the research and I had such a perfect experience the first time I did not hesitate to use them again! I will be posting a Yelp review after this second move with a review regarding both moves.

I felt mislead by the information provided about shipping cost and product weight. Even though I indicated that a shuttle would be necessary during our first conversation, there was no mention of cost until the final payment request. I was left feeling the transaction was shady in the end.
Almost a year later I receive an email telling me that I owe money from my shipment that happened in September (meanwhile it's almost July) because a representative on their end tried charging me in September and it never went through and he got fired. You would assume that since it got declined in September of 2015 and its June 2016 I would have been contacted ALOT earlier. This is the businesses mistake not mine. You should have dealt with this sooner if there was a mistake in the "extra charges". Not to mention the "senior specialist logistics" was rude and demeaning and didn't apologize for the companies mistake. I will never use this company or refer anyone to this company.
From the Agent that helped me start my process, to the pick up of the shipment and the delivery I was given nothing but good customer service. I feel everyone involved went above and beyond to help the process run smoothly. Thank you.

I was told I would get my furniture delivery between 3-5pm. It's now 10pm and they won't be here for another hour. Not my idea of reliable or dependable.
The two movers who picked up and packed our items were efficient, fast, and very careful with ensuring everything was well padded, and protected before loading on the truck. I was very impressed with their performance!
