The company behind this is also behind Unicom, Kinex, Titan, Woav, Universal Debt Collection, Clear Business etc. These are some of the worst companies you will ever deal with. All the negative reviews on these companies get removed from Trustpilot making Trustpilot untrustworthy!

I think talking with a qualified person who could recover the funds is better than talking to just any company. I was a victim of binary options scam, I once discussed with a company on recovering my funds $100,000 they promised to recover it, they collected money from me but no results. A friend later told me about Mr David Williams Who introduced me to this GENUINE AND LICENSE COMPANY that help me recover all my lost money back to me. I would like to use this medium to say a big thank to Mr David Williams for helping me recover my money. Contact him on his e-mail via... for more information on how to reach out to the team.
Got Scammed out of $300! Never shipped product, faked tracking number as well! First a friendly online site chat, then after you order and pay, it's over, you get a fake tracking number and then they want more money from you for fake customs release, when I didn't pay no more answers to any e mail's, no more communication, it was over, got scammed! They sell research chemicals online but they're not legit!
The high star verified reviews must be false. After trusting companies rated on trustpilot I am usually disappointed. Such as the webuyanycar sham.
I tried to find real reviews about a store on Trustpilot. I found only a few reviews and it looks like they are fake. It is unclear whether Trustpilot has moderators or not. I'm sad.
I have had past dealings with 2 companies who are now well known to be fraudulent traders. One is Kayafx and the other Cryptopremier.
I decided to do a review on Trustpilot.com so as to warn future would-be investors but this got returned as an unsubstantiated review and the would not publish it. I have heaps of evidence and offered to show it to them but I never got a reply at all. I believe that they work in conjunction with some fraudsters to try to make them legitimate.
Fortunately sitejabber seems to be honest and trustworthy.
I used Trustpilot to get information on a company. The reviews seemed great and I finally decided to use their services. Turned out their services were terrible and so I wrote my own review on Trustpilot. The first one got flagged and disappeared because the company themselves deemed it to use defamatory terms. So I rewrote another review trying to not do the same mistake and more soberly recounted my experience, just so the TrustpilotCompliance Team would then remove it because as they said: "we've been unable to verify the authenticity of it". But no one asked me before to verify the authenticity of my review. Also, I wrote almost a 2 page long, very detailed review of my experience, so this to me seems very strange as to why my review seemed disingenuous to them.
I used trust pilot to write a review on CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE and wanted to bring the truth about a company i was dealing with online which were dishonest about the qualifications one obtains through their courses and when i went to put the review on their site with the proof from another site, stating what i was trying to say, they marked my review as not sticking to their guide lines, also they are very biased and seem to back up the companies that pay their subscriptions in order to list their log on their page, claiming they have 5 star trust pilot ratings, Trust pilot reviews in my opinion are very one side, and cannot be trusted. Very poor unprofessional conduct. I emailed them asking why my isp had been banned from giving reviews and they played the i cant find your email or account game and that they did not know what i was talking about, but funny how my isp all of the sudden was then unblocked and i could get through, only to find they had marked my review as going against their standards, It seems trust pilot do not want members to know the truth about the dodgy companies they support. Absolutely disgusting"
I had an issue with a website for something I was going to make a purchase from. Trustpilot posted, them removed my comment, because I 'didn't interact with the company. So I gave them information again, and more, and more. They still didn't like it. So now a company can continue on it's deceptive way and the consumer is not any wiser. Bad website.
I have made many verified purchases and each company invited me to leave a Trustpilot review so I do. The good positive reviews get left online but every since negative review gets removed and trust pilot compliance ignore your emails
I've attached proof of my most recent purchase, a email that confirms I left a review and minutes later one that confirms my review was removed
I've purchased stuff from companies that get outstanding Trustpilot reviews and then have issues with quality of the products and poor customer service, you leave a review and it gets removed l. It's not independent or impartial because any reviews that paint a company in a negative light get removed
It shouldn't be called trust pilot because they can't be trusted and what are they are doing is against advertising standards and are misrepresenting their service.
Sales team will not stop calling us after we told them no several times. Whoever is managing there sales team needs to learn when to STOP!
Deleted most of my reviews, no matter how many stars you`ll choose, most of your reviews will be deleted. After that, they sending a mail, which says "Reply to us, if it`s some kind of misunderstanding " and never reply to you.
This guy`s is the worst!
Wrote a bad review for Richer Sounds Watford after a very bad experience instore.
Removed my review because of "no proof" even though no paperwork was exchanged and the store confirmed the "return" instore and looked up my receipt.
Completely corrupted and unbelievable, WHAT is the point if all the reviews are fixed, muscled and bribed away.
Websites that are politically motivated censorship machines abuse Trustpilot by reporting every review and reported reviews stay hidden because Trustpilot never reviews them.
UPDATE: They also force you to remove statements you have proof are true, and keeping asking for "proof of your dealings" when you already have. The irony here is a comment plugin for a website like spot doesn't even really offer the proof they ask for lol.
I have seen talk around forums of them doing this for scammers too - refuse to accept proof. ANY proof of ANY kind.
Also apparently they actually do review posts, but it takes 2+ weeks and 3+ back and forth messages, the replies look rather automated like they are done by an AI rather than a real human because of how inattentive they are to what was actually written.
I did multiple reviews only some made it live. Most good reviews were published while more of the bad reviews experienced from different sites were never published.
It was an unexpected experience but I have to say that it was a really really really great experience. I loved it.
Very slanted and one way opiniated reviews.
Most of the reviews are bad and they like to keep it like that.
As soon as a good review is posted they delete it.
DO NOT USE THEM TO REVIEW COMPANIES.
I posted a founded review of a product i indeed purchased and they removed right away my post for no reason but their regular blabla... dont trust trust pilot, they think they are some kind of authority but they are only a bunch of crap, Go Yelp!
I submitted a negative review against Avvo.com, which is notorious for deleting bad lawyer reviews. The same thing happened when Trustpilot censured my negative review against Avvo. Apparently, people who truly have bad experiences with companies are silenced and robbed of their right to free speech. I contacted Trustpilot and only the sales dept answers. In order to dispute a review being removed, you have to email (not talk to a rep) them and ask them to reconsider. They removed my review because of guidelines, which is exactly why Avvo removed my review against the attorney. Trustpilot has 2 rules: business first, consumer last.

I wrote a review on trustpilot about a site I made a purchase from (retro-stage). My review was long and detailed, and I tried to be helpful by explaining to others how to properly select sizes from that site - it's an asian company so the sizes are VERY different from western sizes. Any way - I got an email from trustpilot that they took my review down because of "unusual review patterns."
Considering I'm a real person who made a real review - I'm more than annoyed. I'll include photos and let ya'll decide if you want to trust them.
Also as a side note, if you're trying to find out whether a site is reputable o not, don't go by the reviews on their own site, and don't go by the reviews on just a couple other sites (trustpilot or even sitejabber) - read as many reviews and info as you can - LEARN as much as you can. Then make an informed opinion.
Every bad review I read from the site is typical for many asian sites - "it didnt fit, the size is wrong" (they didnt bother to measure themselves and assumed all size XL are the same) or "it never arrived" (they didnt bother waiting the full shipping period -- or it got stuck in customs, which is not the fault of customer or company. I've ordered many products from different companys - once or twice I waited about 2 months before receiving a item from China. It happens. If you do your research you cann better prepare yourself.
Answer: Simple it is their website so they remove reviews that are negative just like how they let complains report negative reviews on their website. Trustpilot is not a good website the company allows companys to report reviews and since the companys pay them many reviews are taken off and removed..
