Trustpilot? LIESpilot, more like.
I submitted a scathing 1 star review on LIESpilot for a website offering proxy buying services known as "From Japan". It was a 100% legitimate and honest review, based on my personal experience.
They are notorious for their disgustingly horrible customer service standards, blocking customer's accounts without any reason, and overcharging customers on shipping rates.
Anyway, they falsely reported my review to LIESpilot. Without doing any investigation, they conveniently sided with From Japan and removed my review, because From Japan obviously pays them to do so. I tried to post my review several times, but each time it was removed by either of them.
Please either completely disregard the reviews written for other companies on LIESpilot, or take the reviews on this site with an entire dead sea's worth of salt. Because any shady, unscrupulous and corrupt company on that site can conveniently pay LIESpilot to remove any negative reviews from customers, leaving only the positive ones.
Kindly refer to the screenshots I have attached for evidence that LIESpilot took down my review on From Japan to censor my truth with their lies. Both companies are equally shady, unscrupulous, and in cahoots.
PS: If you're looking for a proxy buying service for goods located in Japan, please avoid From Japan at all costs. You can read my full review for them (which was taken down by LIESpilot) on Google reviews, just search for: 株式会社 FROM JAPAN and you'll see it under Google reviews.
I wrote a positive review about Sitejabber on Trustpilot. Here is what I wrote in my review "My friend recommended the Sitejabber website to me after I had a bad experience with an online purchase.
I have been referring to all the reviews before I make any purchases online. Thus far, the reviews on this website are spot on and have not steered me wrong.
Highly recommend to all online shoppers."
Trustpilot decided not to post it on their website, it went live at 5pm and it was removed at 5pm, citing that they couldn't verify its authenticity. WTH? I read the reviews on Sitejabber to see if that particular online business has good reviews, so essentially TP is claiming they couldn't verify the fact I actually went to the website to read the reviews. Therefore it's a fake review. In what world would their decision make any sense to anyone?
I wrote a negative review about Trustpilot itself about this irrational request on their website. Surprise, surprise, it was removed at a lighting speed. Never got to see the light of day.
It is obvious TP is deliberately removing positive reviews about their competitive review platform - Sitejabber. While removing negative reviews about itself to boost its own rating.
How can one trust the reviews on Trustpilot where they removed reviews to benefit themselves? There is NO TRUST, just a plot to make money with a biased website. Readers beware of all the positive reviews about TP's about itself. It's a shameless self promotion of its credibility!
Negative honest review of OakFurniture land was removed. They said it was fake. You can see negative reviews on Site jabber instead of the fake positives on Trust Pilot
I wonder why. Is it because the firm that I reviewed pay them to do so? I would like to find out but given that Trustpilot have not responded to me can't find out.
Buyer beware, once you use the paid version of trustpilot, they claim ownership of the reviews in the terms so if you ever leave you lose ALL of your reviews. Other tools do not do this.
TRUSTPILOT MEMBERS OF STAFF is full of immoral youngsters who are full of hatred and full of contempt. They are seriously destroying the backbone of our country. Many innocent kind hearted people are being crucified by these ungodly heathens.

I have no good words to say about Pauline Miller and her services. As a review read, "She is a money grabber". She has stolen £540 deposit which should have been returned back to me, she gave me a receipt omitting my last name and misspelling my middle name. When I told her about it she initialled and squibbled my name. Told me I could not use my name on eulogy and use ex wife. Wanted 50% down and asked for more money and expected me to use my credit cards to pay it. Thank God I listened to my senses because Pauline Miller would have thrown me to the devil and put me in debt with my credit cards, simply by listening to one side of a story in Jamaica and acting on it. Pauline Miller has also signed by ex husbands grave over to a person who may have been care giver but was never my ex husbands daughter or stepdaughter. My ex husband has a son in the UK who is the Next of Kin, now legally, this grave does not belong to his son or his grandchildren because Pauline Miller has signed away his Rights.
One thing Pauline Miller, if I was a fool to pay with my credit card, would you still listen to Rosemarie Wolfe?
Pauline Miller has no care empathy is not affiliated to any organisation if one wants to sue. I would not be recommending anyone. Grave is not nerve, and service and grave not blessed by a minister.
I was banned because of "receiving payment for fake reviews" huh?
When have I ever been paid for leaving a review? Lol.
Never have I ever been paid for reviewing anything. Hell I WISH I could atleast get something for free! Let alone GETTING PAID FOR IT.
Seems like someone didn't like a negative review so they deleted it to increase positive reviews. They get paid by companies to "boost positive reviews".
This is also noted by other people on reddit.
Website is a load of bullsh*t.
Ironically you cannot trust trustpilot lol.
I leave a majority of my reviews on google and I'm a high level local guide. I take pride in leaving honest reviews.
All my reviews are honest and fair as a consumer, because as a consumer, I would want places to have fair and honest reviews when going somewhere new. Instead of being lied to and scammed. Something trust pilot must like being involved with as a website (i wont say which) scammed me and is the only place I ever reviewed on trust pilot.
Trust pilot I hope you read this and realize how junk and crap your website is for this scummy practice.
It is one of the most distinctive and easy platforms that I have dealt with. Its advantages are that it cares about customers and fulfills their requests with a cheap commission
Here is an update- Trustpilot.com writes FAKE reviews so they can reach out to the companies who the FAKE reviews are written about- the Trustpilot offers the companies the opportunity to have the Fake Review removed for a fee! TOTAL SCAM!
TrustPilot.com Reviews are all Fake! Reviews are not checked, investigated nor validated. Businesses pay people to write FAKE negative reviews about their competitors. TrustPilot is a scam and should be shut down. Does not provide any valuable trustworthy reviews! ALL FAKE! I did my own investigation and uncovered the truth about them. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM!
Yesterday I posted a review about my recent asos purchase. And I also posted about my recent B&m shop over the weekend. Nothing out the ordnearry. I mentioned the trolleys at the B&m store I visited, could do with a wipe. And received a positive response from the retailer. Then to my amazement I get the below email.
As part of our efforts to ensure that all Trustpilot reviews are genuine, we have customized software that detects unusual activity on our platform. In this case, our software has flagged that at least one of your reviews is likely to be spam. We take this very seriously, and have therefore blocked your user account and removed your reviews from our platform.
We have these measures in place to ensure that our community can trust the reviews they read on Trustpilot, however, we understand that sometimes legitimate reviews are removed in this process. If you think there's been a mistake, you're welcome to contact us by replying to this email.
Thanks for your cooperation.

Now on my trust pilot ac I have well over twenty thousand reads, as iam a online shopper as well as a online seller. I responded asking why as stated in the above to get in touch. But after three attempts and no response. I don't think trust pilot can be trusted. This site was ment to be for the consumer, it now appears trust pilot have switched gear and want to increase and secure new funds from the business that use the platform. When shopping with a new retailer I always check trustpilot. But now, I have a big? Over a platform I have used for years.
Cannot be trust, because I see the liar and scam company like Queens Creative design, get 4.1 star and very terrible Company like elife get 4.30 star. I thought this company can not be trust
I lost $270 to www.paytiz.com
I submitted a negative review to paytiz. There were nearly 700+ negative reviews. In few days, all negative reviews were deleted from this scammer. I have all proofs
Trust pilot is an ABSOLUTE $#*!ING JOKE OF A COMPANY. I wanted to publish a review of a company that Ive worked with for YEARS - it automatically gets flagged as FAKE and they ask for sensitive information proving I have done business with them to reinstate my review. I provide said information to them, and they NEVER GET BACK TO ME for a month until I chat with them on live chat and bug the $#*! out of them to respond to me. They FINALLY tell me that the records must be BEFORE the time of the review. I say fine, I send them another proof of transaction BEFORE then. They ghost me AGAIN - fast forward one week, I live chat bug them again, they respond - and tell me it must be WITHIN ONE YEAR! These people are absolute $#*!ing $#*!, $#*!ing baby company run by little crybabies. Go $#*! yourself trust pilot, more like $#*! Pilot... worse than the DMV!
The 5 four words above accurately describe the operation of the website as a whole.
A few days ago, I uploaded a negative review of CS.MONEY, a skin trading website that is undoubtedly one of the worst and scammiest websites I've ever used. They forced me to deposit large amounts of money in order to withdraw 'skins' that I didn't even have!
A few days later, Trustpilot contacted me informing me that my review was going to be taken down because it was not 'honest'. What the hell do you mean? The experience that I had on CS.MONEY was completely genuine, and I was only trying to deter potential customers from being defrauded by the site!
Looking at the way Trustpilot operates, I'm not surprised by how CS.MONEY has such great reviews. It's clear and obvious that Trustpilot removes ANY negative reviews of the corporations that bribe and pay them, regardless of whether the reviews were truthful or not (just like how some soccer teams pay referees to get more favourable calls). Trustpilot are a bunch of corrupt, dirty, filthy scammers, and I hope that one day they will get the retribution that is undoubtedly coming to them.
Please do NOT, under ANY circumstances, use Trustpilot for ANY reason. Stick to other review websites, like Sitejabber, that actually provide an honest reflection of the corporations that are being reviewed. Trustpilot's poor rating on this website is completely accurate.
To CS.MONEY and Trustpilot, I have only two words to describe you: institutionally corrupt. Try taking THIS review down!
Trustpilot are scammers, if you leave a bad review a company can pay to remove it. I have left bad reviews only for trustpilot to remove it. Reported trustpilot to fraud detectives
They have been removing positive real reviews from our profile for some time now. We have proof and evidence that our reviews are real. They are working and taking bribes from competitors.
Any negative reviews are challenged by the companies. And then they are always removed. The five star positive reviews are often painfully and obviously false.
Answer: Simple it is their website so they remove reviews that are negative just like how they let complains report negative reviews on their website. Trustpilot is not a good website the company allows companys to report reviews and since the companys pay them many reviews are taken off and removed..
Trustpilot has a rating of 1.2 stars from 1,104 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with Trustpilot most frequently mention customer service, bad experience and integrity team. Trustpilot ranks 127th among Internet Safety sites.
