Yesterday I posted a review about my recent asos purchase. And I also posted about my recent B&m shop over the weekend. Nothing out the ordnearry. I mentioned the trolleys at the B&m store I visited, could do with a wipe. And received a positive response from the retailer. Then to my amazement I get the below email.
As part of our efforts to ensure that all Trustpilot reviews are genuine, we have customized software that detects unusual activity on our platform. In this case, our software has flagged that at least one of your reviews is likely to be spam. We take this very seriously, and have therefore blocked your user account and removed your reviews from our platform.
We have these measures in place to ensure that our community can trust the reviews they read on Trustpilot, however, we understand that sometimes legitimate reviews are removed in this process. If you think there's been a mistake, you're welcome to contact us by replying to this email.
Thanks for your cooperation.

Now on my trust pilot ac I have well over twenty thousand reads, as iam a online shopper as well as a online seller. I responded asking why as stated in the above to get in touch. But after three attempts and no response. I don't think trust pilot can be trusted. This site was ment to be for the consumer, it now appears trust pilot have switched gear and want to increase and secure new funds from the business that use the platform. When shopping with a new retailer I always check trustpilot. But now, I have a big? Over a platform I have used for years.
