Trustpilot is not a genuine review site. They have deleted 2 of my posts. I was forced to used 2 of my email addresses giving DPD negative genuine reviews with genuine tracking numbers. DO NOT TRUST ANY COMPANY REVIEW SCORES/STARINGS because they delete the genuine negative reviews FOR SOME COMPANIES SUCH AS DPD

Don't trust Trustpilot, they delete bad reviews of companies that pay them. They deleted my reviews of Ace Hardware because of my bad reviews that they ruined my ego chainsaw while repairing it.

They don't care about the customer. All they care about are big corporations. They don't care about the people at all.

Had a horrendous experience with a scam company, posted the negative review with Trustpilot and where the harassing and abusive company left off harassing and abusing Trustpilot picked up! Now I have Trustpilot harassing and abusing me near daily about wanting more and more information! I sent my complaint, I sent proof, it's just not good enough! POST YOUR COMPLAINTS WITH OTHER WEBSITES! BTW Trustpilot has a long list of complaints listed with BBB too! 59 complaints to date.

Trst pilot is the worst review site. It literally keeps scamming buisness going. If you leave a genuine negative review on a scam trustpilot will block it. They flood good reviews for scam sites

I first complained about Trustpilot removing a genuine review about a company. So I complained to Trustpilot. They wrongly, without a genuine reason that my review was fake, it turned out, the company had paid to have my review removed. I was not happy, so I put a review on Trustpilot, about the way my review had been removed. This was also removed, again, exactly the same word email when I complained about this. Emails went back and forth complaining, I put the same review back up, and Trustpilot removed it. It simply said "Trustpilot removed my review", Trustpilot tried various reasons including claiming their software flagged this as a fake review. It was impossible to get through to a real person, all replies had the same wording, from an automated reply. Trustpliot repeatedly asked for proof I had sued Trustpilot, I used their emails as proof. Then it was another excuse, again proved that reason was false.
I asked to make this a complaint, but nothing happened. Trustpilot initially denied blocking accounts, despite proof they did this from their own website.
Now, after many months they have admitted they blocked my account because I made the first complaint.
Do not trust Trustpilot.

I purchased an apple iPhones on 28/7 and got rather nervous after it had not arrived by 5/8 bearing in mind our travels were coming up. Contacting Kogan help team I got a friendly enough email back apologising for delay and they would keep a watch out and contact Three Sons to chase up supplier and courier. From here things got more involved. I stressed my time factor numerous times and escalated it to an official complaint. I was still told delivery will come, my urgent request to cancel and refund my money was ignored. On 10/8 I got a msg from Kogan at 10.10pm that item was delivered. I straight away emailed back and advised this is incorrect and not to attempt delivery on 11/8 as too late for me. With the greatest disrespect the mobile arrived at 12pm on 11/8. It was chaffed into the letterbox avoiding any contact with us or getting a signature. This is the worst customer service possible. Kogan will have to make arrangements to collect phone and refund as I am travelling and can not afford two phones due to an incapable Kogan company

Have mailed about my login problem but still nobody has come to out to resolve the problem is ths the way you deal with the customer problem. Had faced issues frm ths site earlier also but still continued on ths site but ths time its height. Was not able to login in my ACC was saying invalid user id or password clicked on forget password to create new one recieved verification code after putting verification code it asks to create new password after doing that also it's saying invalid user id or password. Tried so many times my 3500 rs is also stuck in tht acccount. So requesting plz give me a new password link to keep me still on ths site. And ths is really not right treating the customer

Removes reviews for gofundme and blocks users from leaving further reviews, following a decision by gofundme to steal 9million dollars donated to the freedom convoy.

Trustpilot steal reviews, fake them and change star ratings. I am gathering proof of this and will send to Watchdog, they have been on there before! Because they are 100% corrupt!
I wrote a review for Etsy, another atrocious and corrupt company. I put one star, they took a lot of wording from my review, changed the name to one of their fake accounts and upped the star rating to 4*. Now that is corrupt!
Look at Etsy reviews, all those with a phone number in 10 times in a row are fake, stolen reviews!
I print screen my reviews on there, keep the original and watch them change them, steal my review, alter it slightly and up the star rating! This must be illegal, Etsy and other bad companies are paying them to fake reviews to up their star ratings. So it is not a review site for the consumer, it is very shady and not to be trusted at all.
More people need to do what I am doing, submit your review, printscreen it, keep the email from Trustless pilot to notify you when your review is live and printscreen the adjusted copy of your review when your review is taken off site.
Dangerous game they are playing! They are easy to catch out though. Go on, do it yourself and see!

I wrote critical review here on trustpiot before.
They removed my reviews on Binarycent despite the fact that I sent them documents they requested.
And In october I received email that my review has been reactivated.
Their CONTENT INTEGRITY TEAM checked my documents and approved it but it lasted too long and at first they wrote me that my reviews were removed. This is not realy good system and you cannot upload video or photos on their platform.
I am glad that my reviews were reactivated but I reccomend Sitejabber more then Trustpilot because of reasons I mentioned before.

More like Scampilot, they locked my account for an absolutely unknown reason, I asked them to explain why after 6 years suddenly I can't log in, and they said don't know exactly why, it was just the system detected something wrong, I asked to specify and they said they can't. What a lame service. The crazier is that I asked to delete my private data if I can't log in anymore, and they said you must do it myself by login in via settings and deleting my private data. While they locked my account so I can't log in. What the hell, I can't express how a garbage site is Trustpilot, they don't even comply with GDPR. I'm not surprised of other people are experiencing similar frustrations. What is even more ridiculous I made a formal complaint to them about that after I asked to delete my private data because I can't login they replied "you can delete your private data by login into your account". They don't even read what I just explained that I can't login because they terminated account without even explaining why. Lamest service in the world.

Sent the appropriate information with the companies heading and still was not enough, as far as I am concerned if I want to review a company for their excellent service I should be allowed to do that, why do I have to jump through hoops to prove I had the treatment given by a comany, Trust pilot is not trust worthy and I encourage any company to find other sites more suitable to obtain reviews for their service and products as I surely will never again try to rate a compny through trust pilot again

This was in response to me requesting data about a company that had scammed my cousin for over a thousand pounds. My cousin had made his decision to go with a company and their services based on the positive reviews he and I read on TrustPilot

My Response to TrustPilot after they refused to supply me with information about the number of negative reviews they have had removed for a specific company that operates a scam.

This tells me a lot about TrustPilot and about the way you operate,

However I believe TrustPilot are also complicit in scams by aiding and abetting fraudulent companies that use TrustPilot in order to harbour fake reviews and are able to manipulate TrustPilot into removing negative reviews which in turn is duping people into believing certain companies and their services are legit.

And TrustPilot's response not to provide me with basic information makes me believe TrustPilot are hiding something.

I took an online test with Done Health -- ADHD treatment online -- which told me I would benefit from ADHD medication. Based on that, I paid $199 for an initial zoom session with a psychiatrist to get a prescription, but that doctor refused to prescribe me ADHD, said she did not think I was really a candidate. No refund of my $199. I put a negative review of these events on Trust Pilot. Later I got numerous e-mails from Trust Pilot saying Done Health disputed my review and they needed proof from me that I really used their services. I sent them a screen shot of the payment to "Done Health P.C. San Francisco, CA." Trust Pilot sent back an e-mail that this was not enough. WTF? They are registered with the Secretary of State as being "Done Health P.C." with headquarters in "San Francisco, CA." I am convinced Trust Pilot makes their money getting paid by the companies they supposedly rate to delete bad reviews by their phony investigations when the predetermined outcome is they won't accept any proof as good enough to verify the bad review so they can delete it and make their REAL customer -- the company they rate -- happy. Who watches the watchers? Some one needs to watch Trust Pilot because they are absolutely NOT trustworthy based on my experience.

I posted a genuine review over 6 months ago, provided photo evidence and proof of purchase, they have today emailed to say it's fake😂

Trustpilot is NO LONGER TRUSTWORTHY

Trust pilot is biased. I submitted a review about XTRADE but they deleted it even if they didn't knew if XTRADE return back my money. They should have deleted my review if XTRADE can provide a proof that they return my money to me.
