Hi,
Trustpilot should be taken down. Most of the reviews are fake from disgruntled employees.
Our company is one of them. With over 100 positive reviews there was one that gave us one star.
It was from a disgruntled employee and out of all 100 reviews this is the one that shows up on Google search. It is destroying our business. Imagine having so many good reviews and Truspilot chooses the bad one to show on Google? Please delist them from search as you did with ripoffreports.com
They are equally dishonest!
TrustPilot will not let you leave a review if you do not have documentation of purchase…The fact that "Balance Of Nature" runs ads where by the "actors" claim they are either "physicians" or "doctors" when they are not actually Medical Doctors who have completed Medical School, is very, very, misleading to the public…TrustPilot will not allow a consumer to call out what is considered "deception advertising" with the intention of educating potential consumers so that they can utilize the information to make a more educated decision…. Trust Pilot is a joke as far as I am concerned….they have rejected my objective and truthful review to help the public…
The company behind this is also behind Unicom, Kinex, Titan, Woav, Universal Debt Collection, Clear Business etc. These are some of the worst companies you will ever deal with. All the negative reviews on these companies get removed from Trustpilot making Trustpilot untrustworthy!

I had a serious issue with online casino so i wrote a review and submitted my id to trustpilot to verify me and 2 days after review posted I recieved email saying they removed my review. What I wrote is the online casino tried to bribe me with free casino credits in exchange for a good review on trustpilot which they did, the funny thing is I admitted to accepted the bribe but the casino trustdice didn't give me the credits so I put them on blast
Where businesses go to have reviews censored. If you leave a bad review for a business all they have to do is tell trust pilot "they don't believe your review is real" then trust pilot will ask for documentation and sceencaps. If you don't have them they remove your review.
Companies pay trustpilot to take down negative reviews, that I am certain of since I've had multiple reviews flagged and removed. I even provided all the neccessary evidence they had requested.
Months later, the sites that had massive amounts of negative reviews had all been removed.
I had a very bad expierience with a website called "LuxuryTastic Replica." So I decided to talk about it on Trust Pilot. Now finding out company be paying them for good review. No wonder why such a bad website have 5 stars review all over can't trust a thing nowaday.
Trustpilot will make every effort to prevent the posting of bad reviews of the businesses on the site. Once you post a bad review they will micromanage you with questions, asks for proof, communication and so on. Once you have provided some or all of this they will let the offending business loose on you I do t have to defend my review, nor I have to prove to anybody I had a bad experience. I provide feedback and I don't expect to be asked to provide details and then the business try to twist my arms to remove my bad review. Besides, most of the positive reviews of bad business are scripted and probably fake. Site has no value as it paints a fake picture of the a lot of the bad apples out there
Reviewed a company call Halfords Autocentre after we had our car serviced there, wrote a 5 star review as had a great experience only for Trustpilot to email me to say they had deleted my review as their computer didn't believe I had been to Halfords. Ridiculous being called a liar by a computer! "the computer says NO" is obviously alive and kicking at UNtrustpilot. I won't bother writing a review with them again as my imput is obviously not wanted!
I placed a review on Trustpilot and was told by email it was suspicious and I could reply to the email which I did. My email reply bounced. I was also told that I could contact the company that I had reviewed. I clicked on the link - it wasn't there. What a complete waste of time.
I used to trust TrustPilot, but when I posted the following review about Traveldecorum, who are a paid client to TrustPilot, they refused to post it and asked for more information. No wonder that when I consulted TurstPilot before transacting with TravelDecorum, I only saw positive views. Now, I question TrsutPilot itself. Sad at the demise of a trustworthy site at the hands of paid customers.

This is not a travel booking site
This is not a travel booking site, but an offline travel agent. They show better prices than airlines, take the payment and then tell you that they will try to get you the tickets. Most often, the prices move in that time and you end up paying extra. They also refuse to accept your request for immediate refund.
Ideally, they should not be listed on flights.google.com and should feature in travel agent category where they may be useful to some.
These guys keep taking down my reviews at corporations requests.
Most recently, because I wouldn't provide my full name and phone number to a corrupt online company, they removed my review.
Last week it was because I wasn't actually a customer when all I did was clearly state that a company wouldn't stop spamming my email.
Trust, you can't trust trustpilot.
My review of Montel.nl was deleted without any argument... when I discovered this I did make a new review. Now. They asked me to provide them with info. So, I did (a lot of info including invoice and proof of payment)...
And because the 'new' review was older than 1 year they deleted the 'new' review also...
For sure they did this because Montel (selling coaches, chairs, tables etc.) wasn't happy with my review..
Awful company. Trustpilot removed my genuine reviews of a scam company called auventure.com
I gave a 1 star and warned people of the scam and provided evidence from banks, scam watch and cyber crime to verify the scam and trustpilot removed it and disregarded my dispute. It seems Trustpilot is promoting scams and allowing fake bots to leave 5 star fake reviews to help scams
Trustpilot is garbage. They kept taking down my review and refused to tell me why. I initially provided them a copy of an invoice from the company I was reviewing in order to verify my business relationship with them. I received a response from "Nadine S." thanking me, and stating that they WERE able to verify my review and that they had reactivated it. So that email essentially declared that my review was totally legit. The problem was that they didn't reactivate my review at all. Numerous further emails went unanswered, and finally, a response came from the same person (Nadine S.) saying, "Upon reinvestigating the case we've seen that your review should stay offline as it contravenes our guidelines." Then it goes on to say, "Please rest assured that we would only take this action when multiple parameters show that a review is fake." So I went from being fake initially, to legit, and then fake again. Why was it declared fake? I'll never know, because she said in her obviously copied/pasted email to me, "To protect the integrity of our platform, unfortunately, we cannot give you specific details about why your review has been removed." So essentially they're saying to me, "You're review is fake, and you can't question us. We're simply done with you." And it ends with "Kind regards..." This is NOT a trustworthy company. Trustpilot is clearly in the manipulation business.
Recently took down my negative review of a company ( nicelocal.co.uk) that I posted from over 12months ago. Asked me for proof of documentation and receipts as the company disputed that I had dealings with them. What rubbish!, How can I send proof of documentation and receipt from over 12 months ago? Stay well clear of Trustpilot.
They allowed us to publish a review about our experience with a company whom we spent 18K + with. They are called
Air2Heat LTD in Oswestry - Air Source Heating the system installed works periodically and they refuse to com back. Trust Pilot has allowed us to keep the review online, even though Air2Heat has flagged it 6 times. In doing this it gives other customers the choice to choose who they spend their monies with.
You spend time writing a legitimate review, and trustpilot removes it. They basically claim that they are pretty certain that my review wasn't based on a purchase. I went the extra mile and sent in a paid receipt and they still banned it. They shouldn't use the word "Trust" in the name if they only allow good reviews.
Bought a service and didn't receive the service. Put a review on Trust Pilot and it was taken down by the vendor. They don't take down good reviews - only negative reviews. And they take down a lot of negative reviews. So you have to assume that anything you see on Teuat Pilot is dishonest - the opposite of trust.
I really dont know what to say.
My husband and I are pensioners and not really used to computers or reviewing etc.
Secret Escapes have kept our money.
I thought Trustpilot would help to warn others of this awful company keeping, stealing our money...
I cant believe Truspilot would put on reviews for SECRET ESCAPES dating back to 2014 to boost their reviews.
Please help and advise what else we can do
Thank you
Just two more victims of Secret Escapes. And know Truspilot.
Answer: Simple it is their website so they remove reviews that are negative just like how they let complains report negative reviews on their website. Trustpilot is not a good website the company allows companys to report reviews and since the companys pay them many reviews are taken off and removed..
