Turned in a review of my experience with Xotic PC and they're requesting actual documentation of my purchase or they won't keep my review up. I'm going to turn it in but the practice is frustrating and it's just a way for Xotic to make me jump through hoops to prove my experience was bad

I have given couple of reviews on the trust pilot website for couple of companies but the trust pilot wont accept my reviews saying that these are not genuine. If a company is paid member of trust pilot, they wont allow negative review about that company.

I wrote few good reviews and bad reviews. Some good reviews were for small businesses where I personally went and experienced the services. Some bad reviews were also the same, based on my personal experience. I saw bad reviews that I wrote for small businesses are still there, BUT bad reviews for those big companies are taken down. I contacted them to ask the reason, but they never bothered to reply to my email. I am sure they are getting paid by those big companies to take down negative reviews. Any sober person should never trust Trustpilot.

I should have never trusted trustpilot. Last year, I trusted trustpilot's review of an online flower website and with their review being nearly a 9 star company, bought nearly $1400 worth of funeral flowers for my grandfather. About $700 worth of it never came. Said online flower shop took my money and ran. I even filed with the BBB against said flower website with no response or bother to right this for my family. I put my review on trustpilot. Trust pilot wanted the report I filed against said online flower shop to BBB, I provided. Trust pilot wanted copies of invoice, I provided. Despite all of this, and editing my review to fit what they wanted me to say, they still deleted my review. Hmm, did said flower website pay them off? Probably because I noticed they blocked a LOT of other bad reviews too.

Trustpilot is an important site to find out about scams!
One is able to find out a lot about the many negative aspects associated with certain fraudulent sites, sites that seem to double by the hour, nowadays...

Trustpilot is absolutely criminal. They allow scam websites like stake.com and pulsz.com to pay them to put in fake 5 star reviews. Real user rate these websites poorly and have evidence and trustpilot removes and takes down the bad reviews. Site is diseased. Site jabber is where its at and where you can honestly voice you opinion about these bad companies.

I don't see the point in Trustpilot the reviews are fixed in favour of the company not the reviewer, example you post a bad review and the company reports it for spam so trustpilot take it down and when you appeal it gets put back up then the company reports it again and review disappears again and when you complain the complaint takes weeks to be looked at by their so called Integrity team lol I've been waiting 3 weeks on a reply so then your review is on the 5th page and nobody looks at it completely escapes me. No give me Sitejabber any day more honest and far more Trustworthy.

I wrote on there site about my experience with Icarus TV. I was disappointed with the service. They wrote back saying that they needed my bill number, full name and so on. IO replied with a cut and paste of the service message I got from Icarus. They said that since I would not give them my information they would remove my review. Yet had I had said that it was fantastic they would have approved my review. This is not a trustworthy site. Sorry Trustpilot you have been busted!

I posted a negative review on the company centralfxlimited.com trustpilot has chosen not to make visible my reviews and my experience with this company especially since this company works with people who post fake positive reviews on trustpilot moreover who works with these scammers.

I try to write 2 review about getting cut in a scam and they block me 2 time alrdy i never have answer from them look too me that they are part of the problem prob getting by them... anyway just like magic too all the review from the web site that people getting scam are all 5 start and really recent... lol nothing legit there...

Trust pilot adds false reviews from malicous idiots that are not true and even reviews of companies with similar names that are not even us. This Scam site is based in Denmark, they think that they are untouchable, they allow false reviews then ring up companies asking them for money to remove them, they are blackmailers and crooks. Like others wrote here, anybody can create profile of your company and you are connected to Trustpilot, that is really unbelievable. Of course, you can report review and then... you need to get free profile - report - use your time to have fun with many questions and rewiev will stay anyway. How is it possible, that they can use any company name on trustpilot without asking owner of this company it is a big question. Iam sure that is not legal and if I could have more time and money - I would go to lawyer. We will inform our customer that trustpilot is a simply clever business - for trustpilot,

I haven't posted a lot of reviews where Trust Pilot was used as the review service, but I probably won't review anything again that uses Trust Pilot. I wrote a positive ( 4 stars) review regarding a problem that I had resolving a problem with another company. Trust Pilot deleted the review because it didn't meet their guidelines - whatever that is.

This is the review that was deleted:

The response to my problem report was answered quickly. I was kept up to date on the status in a timely manner.

I've written 3 HONEST reviews of websites, and 2 of them were trading websites that i KNOW to be a ripoff run by con man. I took the time to write well thought out reviews giving CONCRETE examples and trying to protect others from being ripped off. What did they do? Flag both reviews and removed them. The, I tried ONE more time and used AI to comply with their rules - and again, they removed them. They are the biggest POS on the internet in my opinion. Just the mere ridiculous 'approval' rates alone do not replicate typical bell curve responses. Oh, ok, yeah, 97% approve of your service. What a crock!

They remove reviews for companies that pay them, and not the review as it stands for the customer and their experience. I placed a review for a company and the ask me to remove all personal and company data which I did. They then sent an email stating promotional references or suspicious review patterns is why they removed my review. No Integrity at all, their reviews are all fix for the customer and not for the customer.
