I was banned because of "receiving payment for fake reviews" huh?
When have I ever been paid for leaving a review? Lol.
Never have I ever been paid for reviewing anything. Hell I WISH I could atleast get something for free! Let alone GETTING PAID FOR IT.
Seems like someone didn't like a negative review so they deleted it to increase positive reviews. They get paid by companies to "boost positive reviews".
This is also noted by other people on reddit.
Website is a load of bullsh*t.
Ironically you cannot trust trustpilot lol.
I leave a majority of my reviews on google and I'm a high level local guide. I take pride in leaving honest reviews.
All my reviews are honest and fair as a consumer, because as a consumer, I would want places to have fair and honest reviews when going somewhere new. Instead of being lied to and scammed. Something trust pilot must like being involved with as a website (i wont say which) scammed me and is the only place I ever reviewed on trust pilot.
Trust pilot I hope you read this and realize how junk and crap your website is for this scummy practice.
TrustPilot (TP) has become a mecca for paid 5-star reviews. Most all scam websites have 5-star reviews on TP. In addition, these scammers have opened paid business accounts with them which entitles scammers to flag a negative review as soon as it appears on TP. I have lost trust and faith in TrustPilot as I was recently scammed out of a little over $6,000 by cloud mining companies (teccrypto.com and cyphergains.com) and when I posted my personal experience on TrustPilot, they allowed both of these companies to flag me right away. So, I moved forward with opening cases with FTC and IC3.
You can no longer trust the 5-star reviews on TrustPilot. They are, most probably, from people who were paid in return.
Becarful to this Telegram Fx $ignals trading group it's a scammer it shows you false results and fake trades which are not theirs to lure you but once you pay it makes you enter a fake VIP group with bogus trades and at the end of the day he shows results from another group of traders so he's a scammer be carefulfalse results
This is not a reviews platform, but a censorship platform
Another bad review, for you, do you want more
I made a review on a company a year or so ago and they out of the blue threatened to take down my review if I didn't provide verification for my experience. So I provided verification, but then a couple weeks later they notify me again saying if I don't provide proof, they will take down my review in 3 days! I already provided proof and told them but they still threatened to take down the review! I am speculating that they try and take down lower star reviews to try and inflate the ratings of their companies. Trustpilot is a horrible and untrustworthy company.
This is the most disgusting website I've ever experienced! This rascal site gets paid by these notorious scamming websites and it threatens to remove your genuine reviews unless you provide sensitive information which will be used by scamming sites to retaliate against you.
They allow businesses to pay for removal. Companies can pay to challenge reviews, in which case you either have to release personal information to a company you've had a bad experience with, otherwise they remove the negative review.
I no longer leave reviews here nor trust reviews I read there.
Trustpilot currently has aphafxc.com reviewed as 4.3 out of 5
This is despite UK, USA, Australian and most recognized govt authorities reporting that it is a fraud/scam organisation (now operating under other names).
Legally, this would appear to be enough to close Trustpilot itself down for providing information that has cost others millions of dollars.
The following section from as early as 2021 by UK govt authority has the warning about this.
Further investigation indicates it is a complete fraud.

Is Trustpilot seems to be a corrupt and not trustworthy review site? They delete all bad reviews of large corporation and accuses me to be a robot. I cannot trust any reviews which are posted on there site.
I reported trustpilot spam reviews and provided proof. Instead they removed some of my 5 star reviews, but reported spam reviews are still there. I wish my business were not there. Trustpilot hurts my business
Don't like this Trustpilot if you give positive review thenbits ok it maybe from this company staff or friends been told to leave good reviews,if you leave bad reviews then they don't like publishing it,maybe phone the company and get something in return so they don't publish bad reviews, Trustpilot is not to be Trustpilot
So we have written a few reviews based on our experience with a few companies. However, we noticed That Trustpilot has been removing the reviews from one specific company (HostPlay), and to our knowledge, they may have been paid to do so. Bear in mind that the fraudulent company Hostplay is asking us to provide documents to prove that we own our logo and contents, while they allowed scammers to impersonate our website and scam innocent people. Telling us that the scamming website is like a competitor to our legitimate website with our logo and contents? TrustPilot and Hostplay are working together.
A big company sent me an email requesting I write a review on Trustpilot about their customer service.
I had a very bad experience so I detailed this in a very informative/structured way & they were given a 1 star.
They published my review. I received an apologetic reply from the big company and then my review was removed through lack of evidence, within the same day.
To publish it, meant it passed protocol and so it is very clear they have removed it deliberately to keep this big companies ratings (who are likely to pay).
They force you to pay them in order to promote the reviews left about your business anywhere else on the web including on your own website. They also enforce a strict set of rules on how they must be displayed or it violates their terms etc etc. They want an atrocious amount of money for simply licensing reviews, well over $1K per year for next to no features or service. Very dissatisfied. Not to mention they want to increase the price for you the following year and give you the same amount of features. I've pulled resources from this platform and am focusing on capterra and G2 instead.
I appear to have had my account suspended on Trust Pilot. This can only be because I gave a scathing (but very polite) review of a company called Jones the Bootmaker that ripped me off (which I can prove). The company responded to my comments by saying they hadn't stolen my monies, so that apparently is enough for Trust Pilot. There doesn't seem much point in leaving reviews if Trust Pilot is going to arbitrarily side with the more influential company (advertisement revenue? I just don't know the reason). It also makes me wonder how many other reviews have been pulled because Trust Pilot didn't want to upset big companies.
I posted a negative review of Trust wallet after they stole my wallet and Trustpilot flagged it as unverified. I replied and explained how crypto apps works as wallets and that there wasn't an account associated with them, just my wallet with the recovery phrase. I sent them a screenshot of my wallet as proof and 3 days later still no response.
I'm not the only one with this problem, many others have posted about these issues with Trust wallet and Trustpilot. They are, just like Glassdoor, in cahoots with each other. Trust wallet has been on a rampage flagging reviews they don't like as spam and Trustpilot has followed suite despite evidence of the review being real and not spam. Trustpilot works for the companies not the affected customers.
I left a genuine poor review regarding a company, the company claimed it wasn't genuine - i submitted emails and letters confirming it was genuine - the review stayed - 4 months later same request from Trust pilot - submitted the documents again.
Fast forward to to the seam email - they are determined to remove the negative review despite me proving its genuine twice!
They are a total sham - I used to trust them but not any more
Having used Trustpilot, for a while now, to make fair reviews, I never thought I would have to do a review of this site myself. One day they sent me an email stating my account was suspended and all my reviews, I had done of various companies over the years, have been removed. They 'believe' I am paid to review. This was what they stated in the email and don't have any facts. Of course I appealed and they requested I send proof, of my dealing with a certain company, so I did. It is over two weeks now and they still have not gotten back to me. This is atrocious and a knee-jerk reaction from Trustpilot. Do not use Trustpilot as they will one day remove your reviews and suspend your account over arbitrary reasons.
Awful company. Trustpilot removed my genuine reviews of a scam company called auventure.com
I gave a 1 star and warned people of the scam and provided evidence from banks, scam watch and cyber crime to verify the scam and trustpilot removed it and disregarded my dispute. It seems Trustpilot is promoting scams and allowing fake bots to leave 5 star fake reviews to help scams
I recently had an experience with Trustpilot that I feel compelled to share, as I believe transparency is crucial what they preach about when it comes to online review platforms. My main concern revolves around what seems to be a shadowbanning practice, which I find quite unsettling and disgusting.
It appears that Trustpilot may be implementing shadowbanning as a method to control the visibility of certain reviews. Shadowbanning, for those unfamiliar, is a technique where content is hidden from users without notifying the poster. This raises significant ethical questions about the platform's commitment to fostering genuine and unbiased reviews. We tested this in several ways and it indeed appears that certain reviews disappear like this.
While I understand the need for moderation and ensuring the quality of content, shadowbanning undermines the very essence of open and honest feedback. Users should be informed if their reviews are being suppressed, allowing for transparency and an opportunity to address any potential issues.
Trustpilot should reconsider the use of such practices and adopt a more transparent and ethical approach to content moderation. Users deserve a platform that values their opinions and ensures a fair and open environment for sharing feedback.
Answer: Simple it is their website so they remove reviews that are negative just like how they let complains report negative reviews on their website. Trustpilot is not a good website the company allows companys to report reviews and since the companys pay them many reviews are taken off and removed..
