Here are some reasons why you cannot trust Trustpilot:. Loss of Genuine Reviews: Trustpilot reviews do not reflect the truth as Hundreds if not thousands of genuine reviews are inadvertently removed by Trustpilot without any investigation. Exploring Alternative Platforms: There are reliable reviews platforms you can use in particular Google Reviews & SiteJabber.com which reflect reality as they are not removed like Trustpilot genuine reviews.
