Horrible product
August 28, 2022

We purchased a complete patio furniture set from Tropitone. Our chair slings have been replaced once because they would not stay in place and are wrinkled. The new slings are no better and the West Michigan sales rep DON RASEMAN and Tropitone will not stand behind their product. We now have 15K of patio furniture that looks like crap and we are stuck with it. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT!
This company should not be in business due their lack of customer service and we will make every effort possible to inform the world about this horrible experience.
