Booked my three night stay at Gates Hotel in Key West, went to checkin in hotel lobby of another hotel, they inform us they are putting a $651 charge on our credit card, $50/person daily and they charge $15/day for parking! Trips Pass never gave us any of this information when I booked reservation. They give you paperwork after checking in, i thought there would be information in our room, nope! We had to call for information on WIFI, wifi works 5 mins and then you get cut off! When I booked, I requested a microwave for our room. So when I checked in the young man tells us no we don't have microwaves for rooms and I told him they had told me on the phone. So I go to the main lobby the next day and ask where is there a microwave i can use to reheat food... The nice gal at front desk said we will have one sent to your room. 1 1/2 hrs later we received it. The room is small with queen size bed in it, roosters making noise at 5am, you really need to wear ear plugs! Large puddle of water from inside wall a/c. So we had to keep a towel on the floor. One of our worst vacations we have ever taken. Will never work with this company again!
Dates are never available and customer support is not there. There is no phone number to call. This is waste of money. I didn't even get either of my trips that I paid for
I did a zoom meeting and I got a discount on a trip. To Vegas. I was staying at the Rio hotel which I was supposed to stay at a better hotel. And meanwhile, the Rio hotel was under construction that I didn't kno when I was leaving. They charged me a resort fee of a $178. I asked him why I wasn't supposed to pay that they said no. The company paid the taxes. I said I was supposed to pay the taxes. They were supposed to pay the resort fees. They said. Well, they didn't so, when I got back home, I called them and then they said I wasn't supposed to pay the resort fees. Do I have proof to send it in? So I sent it through email. They responded back said somebody would look into it and get back to me well. No one and then they said what time they can call I said then they said they called. I never received a said the last one I got today left a more voicemail. I didn't receive a voicemail the number that they left me to call back. Now says you have reached bookski told them in an email that Then after it says that they put you on hold and eventually you want. Hold for so long and it hangs up. I hope they see this and remember me my money.
They wasted my time with a zoom call only to show me that no dates are avaialble im Brekenridge the entire winter of 2024 and I am trying to book in OCTOBER.would not compensate for my time. STAY AWAY

I am in. First, you need to attend a zoom meeting. The speaker told you that with this membership, you will save a lot when you travel, but you need to join in right away, not tomorrow. It's obviously a blank check. They even cannot give you contact. At beginning the price for a person membership is 13,500 USD. Then give you more and more incentives to lure you.Finally, the price down to 100 USD.It's really funny,!Of course,I am not your target, just a curious guy and like to take little advantage.Therefore, after waste one hour and 10 mins, I am out :)
Supriseingly, my credit card had already been charged 199 USD, not 25 USD deposit,even without my consent. I selected Victoria Canada as a 3 nights deal for this price.,but there is only one hotel you can choose. And this hotel at google map is only 109 CAD per night at off season, They said you have 18 months to decide. That's not true. You only can check in from Nov to beginning of May. On holday you need to pay 45 USD more per night. Beside, you cannot change date after you make reservation. Well, if you need the same vacation on decided off season date, you may save few bucks. Not for me! The homepage say you only had 7 days to ask refund, that's what I did. Tripspass manipulate social media pretty excellent,you hardly see bad reviews.And now, You know how this company do its business. They give you hotel voucher at actually near market price. You waste your time for nothing. And maybe your personal information will be misused in the future. Always pay extra attention with this kind of companies!
