I purchased a few pieces of jewelry from Triads. 5 days after receiving confirmation of my order; it was cancelled. I get an email from Collin stating that the items I purchased were on backorder & not actually in-stock. The email also claimed "no funds will debit or credit your account as we only charge a card when we ship an item", however, I was charged for the full amount + shipping + international fees. I replied to this email & reached out on their social media pages to get my money back. As you can guess, no response from them anywhere. I was defeated and ultimately put in a dispute with my bank. I got my money back thanks to the help of my bank, then Triads decides to finally reply to me another week later on Facebook. Horrible customer service. I will not attempt to purchase anything from Triads ever again.

But then they deleted my account without notice. Since they gave me a gift voucher, but when I place an order they do not process it. Triads has repeatedly made up new reasons why my order has not been shipped, i.e. We are changing international couriers, we no longer use that e-mail adress etc. I will never shop at Triads again. Good reviews are fake (names are the same as employees). Find a professional supplier instead of this fraudulent amateur webshop.

Cannot rate these guys low enough. Ordered an item which I never received. Constantly in touch with the company to sort it out, Weeks later still no further forward. No item and out of pocket paying for something I don't have. Terrible customer service with everyone I dealt with regarding the order. Many companies out there with the same brand list as Triads, I'd advise looking elseware before choosing them. All round worst shopping experience. Utter rubbish!
I recently ordered a Nike Windrunner vest (I'm from Italy so i spent something like 25£ for the shipping), after two days from the purchase I got an e-mail from a Triads employee saying they couldn't ship my vest (literally saying this without any reason). When I got the e-mail I answered back asking why they couldn't ship my vest because on their website that was still available and in stock. Long story short, I never got an answer from them. I would rate them negative stars for the customers support.

The clothes arent real, i returned my item two weeks ago first class and no refund and impossible to contact anyone. Please dont waste you're money or time.
As a customer of triads I would recommend the store and website as the service I receive has always been first class and I've had no issues with ordering the staff and management are on point and very knowledgeable and always willing to help the delivery of garments is excellent as well
They have all good brands in here and new brands eg stone island cp company hugo boss snow peak beams plus drole de monsieur folk I buy from here all the time as it is a very good experience and will continue to spend money at triads as in my opinion it's the best website for designer clothing

I purchased a pair of men's shorts from Triads. I was shipped the wrong size by Triads to my home in the US from Triads location in the UK. I paid for the shipping (understandably) but had to pay for the return shipping in the hopes of a replacement. No chance and after countless emails I was told I would receive a refund. It's been 1 week and there are No signs of my refund. I am now going to DISPUTE the entire purchase with my credit card holder to reverse all charges and receive a total credit. THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE FOR A E RETAILER! I CANNOT GET ANY REPLY FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE NOT TO PATRONIZE THIS SITE. BUY ELSEWHERE AND NOT FROM TRIADS EVER.

An absolutely awful experience from a company which I can certainly say has been by worst online shopping experience I have ever had. And all I thought I was doing was buying a pair of trainers...
I placed my order in August. Trainers arrived in the next few days and I thought it would end there. Unfortunately the size didn't fit very well even though it was a size I normally wear. The fit for this one was different. No problem, I'll just ask for an exchange. Spoke to them on the phone and sent the pair I ordered back requesting the exchange on 24th August. First communication I get from them at this point is a PayPal invoice asking for more money for a "reship fee". Now I wouldn't have a problem with this, except that there is no mention of a reship fee on their returns page (even today 01/11/18). This annoyed me because I'm aware there is a risk buying clothing/shoes online that the fit might not be perfect so I think it's important to be aware of return/exchange policies of where you buy from.
Because they hadn't mentioned the reship fee anywhere until this point, I wasn't willing to pay this so I just requested a full refund. That was on the 3rd of September. No response from Triads. I had to send multiple emails to eventually get a reply on 10th October this time blaming the couriers for losing the parcel they sent in exchange (hint: no parcel had been sent at all; they lied). I replied same day again requesting a refund. And yet again, silence.
29th October I got fed up and sent a final email warning that if a refund was not issued I would be pursuing this through the small claims court. It had to come to this for them to eventually refund my money.
Oh and here's the kicker: it's still not a full refund! I will still be going ahead with the small claims court to recover the difference.
To summarise, they had received the goods back, and held on to my money for nearly 2 months until eventually threatening to take them to court made them respond.
What an absolutely shambolic and unprofessional business I will never be returning to again and will make every effort to make everyone aware of how they do business.
