I recently ordered a Nike Windrunner vest (I'm from Italy so i spent something like 25£ for the shipping), after two days from the purchase I got an e-mail from a Triads employee saying they couldn't ship my vest (literally saying this without any reason). When I got the e-mail I answered back asking why they couldn't ship my vest because on their website that was still available and in stock. Long story short, I never got an answer from them. I would rate them negative stars for the customers support.
