I have used the service many times. The parcel always arrives on time and well-packaged. The quality of the goods is excellent, I recommend it.

On 29 August learned that they didn't even ship the order. Star No notifications for delays, no information about rescheduling of delivery - nothing. This company (under several names) sends used/refurbished goods under the guise of new, meaning they do not mention on their website that its used/refurbished. This is the main cause of the endless reviews of broken items, cuts in tents (as shown on youtube video), sweat stains and so on and so forth, and the cause of horrible customer service (since they know they are scamming people, customer service is horrific). If the customer doesn't notice and uses a damaged item on an outdoor adventure, he could be seriously injured or worse. The class action lawsuit probably won't stop them from continuing to do their business of buying used/damaged/returned products and selling them as new. However, it could cause them some headache in dealing with the lawsuit, which I believe will give people who were hurt by this company some sense of justice. If I see a lawsuit being started against them, I will help with any data collection needed - I was hurt by them myself, they sent me broken expensive trekking poles. When I realized I was scammed I requested customer service that they either apologize or at least stop writing me (this was so that I can forget and move on) and in reponse they then wrote back to me with no apology that I now have a %5 discount on a future order, which ofcourse I know would be another used/refurbished item, sent under the guise of "new". They have no shame, they only see money, not humans.
I received my order completely smudged with oil or grease... in other words... destroyed. Trekkinn proposed a reimbursement of 10€ instead of the payed 39€ knowing of course I would never send it back. To Spain by the way, costs for me off course. What a rip off...

I ordered a pair of boots 12/7/2019, took weeks to get them finally arrived on 1/4/2020. There is a defect with them and they said I have to pay for the shipping. When they e-mailed me, the return slip there is no address to send it to. I contacted them again and they still do not get back to me. I am now over the 30 day return period and if they do get back to me I am sure I will be told I am past the return period. My credit card company is trying to contact them.

I ordered Hiking Poles from Trekk Inn and I immediately started checking on the date of delivery. I did this once a month and was repeatedly told not to worry, that they would arrive. Eventually Trekk Inn told me, after many months of inquiring into the whereabouts of my order, that it was too late to do anything about the missing Hiking Poles. They would not issue a refund or ship another set of Hiking Poles. I would recommend never using this company. They do not care about their customers.
Back in July, I ordered a pair of hiking boots (*******). My first impression was extremely positive, especially after I was granted a generous student discount by their customer service — the value of which hey confirmed would be (quote) "refunded to [my] PayPal account after purchase". When I requested the refund as discussed with their support right after placing the order, I was then suddenly told that, (quote) "The order has already left our warehouse and is on its way to you. In this case we can no longer change the order." Given that unexpected and disappointing turn of events, I decided to refuse acceptance and have the parcel returned straight back to TradeInn. The carrier's online tracking shows that the parcel has been successfully delivered back to TradeInn on August 11,2021. That was 53 days ago and yet, I have been waiting for a refund ever since. Despite dozens of emails and chats, I keep getting excuses such as "We are currently dealing with the delivery company in order to have your parcel located ASAP." I have now given this case to my lawyer. This has been by far THE worst customer experience I have ever had. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered boots three weeks ago with estimated delivery time of 5-8 business days. Now after three weeks they claim it just left enroute to the US and it will 10-15 more business days before it arrives than needs to clear customs. They are liars and crooks.
Order placed on November 27th, 2 pairs of Adidas Terrex shoes for my kids. Both items saying ''In Stock''. On December 2nd I log in to check the order status, info for one of items says ''In transit to our dispatch center, ready for shipment on 06-12-2021''. There was no e-mail notification of delay from the seller. Today, on December 14th I log in to check the status again, info says ''In transit to our dispatch center, ready for shipment on 07-03-2022''. Again no e-mail notification on delay from the seller. They switch from ''In Stock'' to over 3 months shipping delay wihout even notifying you, not to mention they didn't bother to say they are sorry or something like that! I contact them via chat and the operator eventualy left the chat without notification!
I ordered a pair of shoes from this company on the 30th March. It is now the 13th May and they have not arrived and I've not been given a refund. They are blaming the delivery company. If you're thinking of buying from them, think twice - at best they give poor customer service and at worst they are con merchants.
I'll update this review if this issue is resolved.
Update: eventually got a refund via the PayPal dispute process
Ponderando sus comentarios y lo que me ha pasado tengo las siguientes apreciaciones:
1) La tiende ofrece artículos de buena calidad a unos excelentes precios.
2) La fecha de entrega es una promesa de venta que incentiva la compra ya que de entrada quién no quiere comprar bueno, bonito, barato y supeerrr rápido. Pero:
3) La fecha de entrega en el domicilio que ellos manifiestan NO ES REAL en el caso de la compra de artículos para ser enviados fuera de España. Esta *******@trekkinn tiene como artimaña poner una fecha que NO TIENE EN CUENTA todo lo relacionado a la gestión de ADUANAS. Sobre esto se puede discernir de que si es obligación, o no, de ellos tenerla presente e informarla. En mi opinión SI es responsabilidad de esta tienda toda vez que ellos son los expertos en este tipo de transacciones
En mi caso particular me prometieron (Así se observa cuando entro a consultar mi cuenta en esta página de internet) la entrega del producto entre el 31mayo y 01jun de 2018. Mi fecha de viaje es el 12jun2018 y al tener como respuesta (Abajo escribo lo que me respondieron) mi única salida es comprar otras maletas acá y cuando lleguen (sea el año que sea) vender estás y ganarme algo de dinero (Aspiro a ganarme x morral U$D 250 vendiéndolas al precio comercial en Colombia):
Si el seguimiento de pedido no esta actualizado desde hace varios dias, es porque tu pedido esta aún siendo procesado por la aduana de tu país lo que conlleva un retraso. Desafortunadamente, no te podemos garantizar cuando liberarán tu pedido dado que se trata de la normas y tramites aduaneros de tu país. Por experiencia, pueden tardar entre 15 y 60 dias para que liberen el pedido y lo entreguen a casa. Agradecemos tu paciencia.
CONCLUSIÓN:
Si vas a comprar un artículo en esta tienda cómpralo con bastante tiempo de anticipación (Yo sugeriría 2 mes o más) para que no te lleves sorpresas, te de mal genio, pierdas tiempo escribiendo correos y esperando te sean respondidos. Y por último. NO TODO LO QUE BRILLA ES ORO
