I ordered a pair of boots 12/7/2019, took weeks to get them finally arrived on 1/4/2020. There is a defect with them and they said I have to pay for the shipping. When they e-mailed me, the return slip there is no address to send it to. I contacted them again and they still do not get back to me. I am now over the 30 day return period and if they do get back to me I am sure I will be told I am past the return period. My credit card company is trying to contact them.
