Already booked my flight for New York CIty but on the day travel i couldn't catch my flight and when i tried to call the support it was being on hold for a long time. I have booked tickets 2-3 times with Travomint and find it very easy to book. The process is smooth and fares are relatively cheap as compared to other websites.

Don't, I repeat don't ever book from this site. These people are fraud. They made you pay more for tickets and pay less to airlines. On website, no where mentioned of hidden charges which they charge later on when you confront them. And talk rudely and arrogantly.

Biggest fraud

They showed some price but after paying the amount they waited for 2hrs just to say "Sorry ma'am, Airlines increased the price. Can't provide you the ticket". I spoke to the executive named Pawan. He came up with the solution I booked another airlines flight for you but it's 2000 rs extra. When I checked the price at one of the reputed company website it was cheaper by 1000 rs. No solution provided. Money got blocked for next 15days.

Lost my money through this scam site that was pushed to me by skyscanner. When you make a payment, they send you a "booking failed" notice. It puts up all kind of confusing messages like "payment has failed" "airline could not complete booking" "please wait for customer service to contact you" etc. After you wait for a while and book again elsewhere, they send you a confirmation out of the blue, and double book you. Then predictably refuse to cancel, event though the airline shows it as cancellable.

I booked my ticket in April 2022, and it didn't processed from airline. I m following with them from last 6 months, every time they are saying we will come back after internal validation. Even I have submitted my ak documents they asked like cancelled cheque for refund two months back but getting same resoone

I do not trust this company. I did a google search for an airline and got their number. I thought I was talking to the airline reservations customer service. I had actually reached a call center for a travel agency. They wanted to charge me $155 extra on my ticket for a ticket from SFO to London Heathrow. Actually I was going to get $10 off since it was a phone reservation so $145. I hung up the phone on the agent Martin. I booked my ticket online with the airline without any issues. On top of this agency wanted to me send in all my personal information for Visa transaction

My previous experience with them was not upto the mark, but now as I get my tickets done via calls, things have changed. It's always best to get your tickets done over the call.

At this point I'm convinced Travomint is scamming me and has stolen my money. Stay away from this company. I had to cancel a flight to Europe in early June because of Covid. A refund was promised (the ticket was Over $1,500). Over 4 months later, countless phone calls, and countless promises in every call that the "refund department is looking into it" and that I will get a refund "within one week or ten days," and after telling me to call some refund department that is a different company that does not even answer the phone, I've reported the scam to my credit card company, as I feel helpless and ignored (that is, robbed) by Travomint.

Travomint is amazing, it offers good deals. User friendly platform and their staff is very polite. I am happy with my experience.
