By far traveluro is the worst 3rd party agency you can ever book with! First time I tried to change dates they gave me the run around for more than 4 days now. Then found out they cancelled my booking reservation! So you hen from there I'm trying to get my full complete refund back from and now it's day 2 and nothing ever gets done on time simply said they drag there feet in response time and also meeting your needs as a customer!
I clicked the wrong dates on accident - completely my fault. When I called within 5 minutes of clicking submit online they said the policy shows no modifications can be made. I will take full responsibility for my error, but I think it's off that a company has no exception protocol or 24 hour policy etc.
To move my booking back one day (thurs to sund instead of friday to monday) I would be charge a full cancellation fee and a full rebooking fee.
I booked with Traveluro while I was in Hawaii for 10 days. I was going to extend my stay and needed to find a hotel for 1 night. I booked a room through Traveluro online 3 days in advance to my stay. The very next day we decided that were not going to extend our stay so we tried contacting Traveluro via phone at least 6 times and were unsuccessful. We decided to contact the hotel directly and they stated since it was booked through Traveluro we needed to contact them. We tried multiple times again and we were unsuccessful. We did not stay in the room and traveled back home to find that the card was charged for the stay. We tried to contact traveluro again but we were unsuccessful again. The phone line just goes through an automated system and you never get a live person. We have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and leaving a review because we don't want anyone else to go through this. Our original 10 day stay was not booked through traveluro. We have not spoken with anyone from Traveluro till this day and BBB stated Traveluro never responded to the complaint.

We were never informed of this via email or text or phone
We were left with nowhere to stay on our first night after a 10h flight
Ive called them twice and emailed them four times - have yet to receive a refund

Traveluro promised a full refund before a specified date. I needed to shorten my stay for one day and they said they couldn't do it because the hotel needed them to cancel the reservation and rebook. They said they didn't have the dates I needed if I did that. If I canceled and rebooked, they would have used the same dates minus one. It should have been a simple request, but they denied it for a bogus reason. The hotel looks good so I'm keeping the reservation and I could always use the hotel beyond the checkout date so I kept it. If I had gone directly through the hotel it would have been honored. They also take payment immediately. Advice: Don't use a third party agent, go directly to the airline or hotel. It's too hard to negotiate through an agency.
They tacked on more than 1/3 the bill after. As soon as I saw that I tried to stop the transaction but it still went through. I've called the company twice, and the first time Hannah told me that the transaction did not go through. The second time, another foreign csr hung up on me. I'm stuck with a price higher than what the hotel charges.
OMG SCAM FRAUD STAY AWAY. They stole money from my debit card after notifying they continued with transaction. Pure scum bottom of the pit. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this so called agents. Worst experience of my life!
They are double booking you, only for the hotels to tell you your reservation has been canceled but the fee that you have paid to the SCAM that is Traveluro is non-refundable. So …. You end up paying whatever the price of the hotel was because you have arrived to whatever destination you flew from, plus the fees of the hotel. This is total B.S. And we should all figure out a way to File a Suite against this B.S. Travel company. F U TRAVELURO if you could get No stars I would not push a single star.
We booked a spot and our power went out laptop lost connection so when came back up a hour later we just went and booked what we had up was off by a day, they won't refund or credit or help in any other way scam artist.
I used this site to book a local hotel about 5 days in advance. It was a great price, but non refundable. I didn't think much of it at first, but ended up googling reviews about the site since I hadn't used them before. There were so many bad reviews that my anxiety got the better of me. I ended up emailing them right away asking for further confirmation and any type of guarantee that the booking went through. They responded a few hours later saying they confirmed with the hotel and sent me the hotel's confirmation number. They also sent me a text with a special "VIP" phone number to call if there were issues (the number was indeed different than their regular number). When I got to the hotel, check in was completely smooth! Not a single issue! I was in shock that I somehow managed to get a room in a 4 star hotel SO steeply discounted, especially from a site that so many were calling a scam. That being said, I'm not sure I would use this site to book anything outside of the country, or even outside of my state. The other negative reviews still make me wary. I'm giving them 4 stars for a couple reasons. 1) I have 3 separate confirmation numbers from them, and only one actually matches the hotels confirmation number format, and 2) they seemed to respond to emails rather quickly, but they included numerous grammatical errors and were rather vague, didn't help much to soothe my worries.
I booked a hotel10 months before the trip via Traveluro on Kayak. The hotel never received my reservation. Traveluro told me that it was cancelled after I called them while the reservation still showed valid on Kayak.
Booked thru travel euro. Arrived at hotel with confirmation from travel euro no room available. Attempt to contact travel euro hours wasted. Finally talk to someone they inform me once they complete investigation them it'll be 10days for refund.
I booked a week stay in Florida and minutes later received an email saying someone booked that room "SECONDS" before me so I lost out and they are refunding my money. There are plenty of rooms available for my dates per the hotel so Traveluro lied. They simply had low rates that were not acceptable by the hotel. Now we wait on a refund. They take your money in seconds and who knows when I get it back
Although the rate is decent, you can not reach anyone by phone. I have tried and tried. This is ridiculous! I will gladly pay extra from a different site in the future!
After reading certain reviews about this company. We double checked with our hotel and they had our booking and it was prepaid. Nothing to have worried about. Just checked in and no problems. Would definitely use again.
After days of trying to get ahold of customer service, they asked for a doctor's not to verify COVID before canceling a reservation. Then asked for more documentation. Then refused to cancel anyway. Multiple problems with this company, stay away.
I wish I read the reviews before I gave them my American Express. They have jerked me around for days they ruined my weekend and a lot of back-and-forth aggravation on the telephone. In the end it cost me so much more to have the hotel reservation because it was now last minute and it wasn't done through travel euro they lie they cheat and they will steal your money.
Reserved it. Within few mins credit card started getting charged showing I purchased like 8 or 9 transactions of Roblox. Had to disable my card and now I have to call them. But looking at the reviews, I don't think I will get my money back. One time I didn't research, this happened. Should have the reviews first. Pay few extra dollars instead and stay away from this scam.
The operator refused to call Hilton customer service for me. Hilton customer service not the hotel said my room could be canceled but it had to be done by Traveluro not me because they did not have any of my information. Actually would give no stars but one is the lowest option. I asked to talk with a supervisor and was told there was none. I did send an email requesting a supervisor call me with no reply yet. Answer: They don't honor the insurance they offer through their website they want they won't let you change dates I probably won't do anything for you very piss poor customer service
