We travel the world, Never experienced a five star airline agent to completely take his time in a very pleasing voice and patience, wanting to help, guide, and find the best accommodations for his client. I have been using TraveloPod for few years specially during Thanksgiving. Last month I had to book a flight to puerto rico and the agent was Page Laurence. She was patient and tried to explain why she had to book two different airlines and why the prices vary when we book directly from airline website etc. She made efforts to connect with the customer ( thats me) while giving good rates which was not found elsewhere on web.

I am really happy the way my call was handled as I Did not get any assistance when I called southwest earlier. "Page laurance" clearly told me that I was a travel agency before we go any further, So I asked her "So are you not going to help me"?. Very polity she replied she will and helped me book the tickets & also gave me a future discount of $100. All I have to do is call Travelopod & given them the name Page Laurance EXT - 276 & guess what I get discount of $100. I strongly recommend Travelopod & Travelopoders.

It was a very nice experience booking my ticket through Travelopod. To add cherry on top the agent named Page Laurance helped me with the free seats also assigned my grandparents free wheel chair & gave me an amazing deal. Thank you Travelopod
Was a long and frustrating road, with that said, Lily (my travel agent) was very helpful in helping me to get the tickets I needed. We had some issues with payment, most of which were not Lily's fault, however, at one point I asked her to change the expiration date of my card because that is what was getting declined but she only did it for 6 of the 10 tickets and it forced me to pay an extra $400 for the other four. This was frustrating as it was not my fault after I had told her the correct expiration date. Other than that Lily was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with.
Mr Conil Danish assited me today and his performance was absolutely flawless. Kept it simple, informative and timely. Excellent product knowledge. Offered alternative options and solutions. Give this guy a raise! He deserves it
I worked with Kevin Copper on flights for my wife and myself and he was able to provide the required fights and times at a comparable price if booking direct with the air line. He was very efficient and polite during the entire booking process and verified all information to ensure all was correct. He was a great representative to work with.
