Travelocase

If you're like me wondering whether this agency is legit and worth it, let me save you the stress and deceit, this is not the way to go. Pay the extra amount if you really want to travel and stay away from this nightmare of an "agency". I made the mistake of believing in them and was in for a hell of a ride. I'm still disputing $ charged to my card. I booked with them and everything seemed fine, until just a couple of weeks from my trip I get a call that AeroMexico had not received payment (however in my bank statement the transactions for AeroMexico had been made and paid for). Called Aeromexico and they told me that "for some reason unknown to them the third party (TravelOcase) had held the payment" called TravelOcase back and told them what the airline had told me and they said all they could do was recharge me a higher amount and for me to call my bank and dispute the first transaction. Needless to say it's been an ordeal I am still regretting. So yeah, don't do it. I know when you have a tight budget it is tempting but at the end of the day it will bite you in the rear ens.

They just quote you low rates but never issue a ticket. They take 48 hours to say that the quoted price is not available and they can book you at a higher rate but then again it takes 48 hours and no ticket is issued. You lose valuable time and thereby lose the opportunity to get tickets at a reasonable price elsewhere and you dont get a ticket from them anyway. Complete waste of time. They work from offshore with fake names and ids. Shady company...

Worst experience ever with traveling. Made reservations for vacation through them. Next day called and told us return flight was sold out and wanted to sell us more expensive trip. Called airline directly and was told several seats available on both flights. Called them back said couldn't honor the price on their site, but could book us for $1300 more on different flight. Ask for supervisor told one would call in 10 minutes, never received call back.

They are a scam

At first we were very concerned but I must say they provide very Good services the flights were Budget Friendly.The agent was also very polite and available to communicate whenever required and even helped us in some of the concerns. Our whole family enjoyed a lot and it was a great experience. We will definitely choose travelocase for our trips.

I was worried about the good deal i got in high winter season being a scam. But in the end, the booking was real and I received etickets about 7 hrs after purchasing. The customer service was actually great. I called orginally to fix a name error and ended up being told that the departure flight I orginally selected did not actually have the number of seats I booked for, so our two separate bookings were both rebooked to a departure flight that worked out even better for us. I am relieved and glad to have found this travel agent.

I have been using this company for years and it's fabulous. Agents are reliable, and call you back! You do not wait on the phone for them, and they get great prices for flights, and different schedules then posted on the airline sites. I highly recommend them

We paid for a flight from california to kansas and back, after about a month after ordering we realized we wanted to assign our seats. We quickly realised that they didnt give us the united airlines confirmation number that we need just a booking ref ID that doers nothing because you cant even look up you booking info on the travel0case website, their call center is nearly none existent. Just a bad cheaply run travel website that we will never use again.

I was very worried about using Travelocare because I had never heard of them and I know there are lots of scammers but they were amazing. I spoke with actual people and did not get a run around. Their prices were the best and I was even upgraded without a charge. I will definitely use them again!

The only thing I would like to say about them that they provide best services, I was not sure when I booked the flights but I actually got the confirmation and in 24 hours got the tickets they are very professional. I have called them like thousand times before the trip and got all the information everytime, met my family after so long, Keep it up Definitely gonna take their services again.

This agency destroyed my vacation I bought airline tickets in June to go Aruba. They called me the first weeks of November to saying the airline company canceled the tickets (that's no true) I won't have trip thanks to this irresponsible agency.

I am very satisfied with the services of this agency. I am a frequent traveler, I have to go from one place to another and sometimes the prices of flights are very high and luckily last year I came across this agency that offers discount on air tickets and I was trying to find the way of cheaper flights. Chicago to Lima, Peru and at first I was very doubtful, but then I got all the information, I talked to the agents, they are all very friendly, they even helped me with the boarding passes and since then I have been using their services and I am very happy, looking forward to doing business with them again, thank you travelocase for your services.
