I had knowledge of making reservation of airfare ticket orders for trip to Arizona many times several past years ago. No hardtime issue; no problem thanks for the confirmation i already booked.asap sooner

They are big $#*! scammers I bought 5 tickets from here to texes and they took my money and didn't give my seats so called them and they said that they can't give my money back I get that they can't give it back because of their policy but when I had payed for the tickets they didn't even give my seat number and just took my money in my opinion their every unprofessional and are big $#*! scammers

Very worst experience. Customer service respresatives are very rude and unsupportive and asked fee random fee for cancellation and adjustment. Airline says there was no fee but CRs have been asked for it. Also, CR doesn't want to listen customer issue and forcefully trying to apply their policies. Very pathetic experiences. There is no genuine e-ticket, I was given a ticket which was manually modified. No recommendation. Please be aware with this company.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE! I do not know how this site has received any good reviews and most likely are fake. Travelation charged my credit card $1383 dollars and then gave me a confirmation number that was useless. British Airways had no information about any booking at all. When contacting the Travelation office we were told that there was a "mix up" and we had to pay an extra $1000 so they would process our booking, we obviously did not. After spending over an hour on the phone, mostly on hold, the supervisor said they would refund our money in 10 days. I do not believe Travelation is in San Diego or anywhere in the United States. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this site.

They scammed me out of over $1200 they did not cancel flight ticket as requested so we could rebook then tried to charge us half again to rebook after the fact. This caused me to cancel my wedding plans because they took all the money to get my fiance to our home

I purchased ticket with credit card. I called because I never received the ticket. I called several times. When they finally answered they said the flight was cancelled. Then they sold me a replacement ticket for the same destination however the ticket was 200.00 more. The next day I saw the first flight I purchased.
The flight was not cancelled they just ripped me off and the would not refund me the money. They said I should have called sooner regarding the ticket. Don't ever use the agency. They are untrustworthy. Bate and switch methods.

Please don't waste your time and money. They are the worst and aim at stealing your money. I asked to change a flight that was cancelled by the company and they refused to give me other options. After I asked to offer a solution not to just lose my money they kept repeating that they were "following airline policies" and couldn't help. They eventually cut the conversation short and basically closed the case. I am speechless. I still have one flight paid and don't know what to do. I am writing this review to warn everyone not to make my same mistake!

That's my initial Feedback at the time of booking but now I have slightly a downgraded review once I received responses from you and reason being that earlier in the past I used two get two emails directly from travelation.com 1st as immediate confirmation for my booking made thru your website and 2nd once my booking is confirmed with the airline and airline PNR is assigned and an e-ticket has been issued. This time I got the airline booking reference and ticket info from a different website and I felt uncomfortable with it and specially it asking me to provide copy of my travel document to update my passport info on the booking to avoid possible cancellation from the airline rather than asking just the travel document information. Earlier while making an initial booking it used to ask travel document info at that time directly from your site than asking a photocopy of the actual document from a different site for the same purpose which made me feel uncomfortable.

This would be the second time a buy a ticket with you, and I must say it's been a very positive experience, I hope I'll be continuing to travel with you in the near future.
