Rip off artist

I purchased ticket with credit card. I called because I never received the ticket. I called several times. When they finally answered they said the flight was cancelled. Then they sold me a replacement ticket for the same destination however the ticket was 200.00 more. The next day I saw the first flight I purchased.
The flight was not cancelled they just ripped me off and the would not refund me the money. They said I should have called sooner regarding the ticket. Don't ever use the agency. They are untrustworthy. Bate and switch methods.

Worst experience ever
September 11, 2021

Please don't waste your time and money. They are the worst and aim at stealing your money. I asked to change a flight that was cancelled by the company and they refused to give me other options. After I asked to offer a solution not to just lose my money they kept repeating that they were "following airline policies" and couldn't help. They eventually cut the conversation short and basically closed the case. I am speechless. I still have one flight paid and don't know what to do. I am writing this review to warn everyone not to make my same mistake!

Worst case

The company is not reliable after buying a ticket they tell you to wait within 24hrs for you to get the confirmation ticket,. But not really it is been another day 24hrs has gone but no confirmation the final confirmation and the service itself that says working 24/7 s a lie they don't work for that much. Everything they tell you is all lies.! Scammers

Travelation is scammers

I booked a flight with them and i want to make a change but they refused and i canceled the ticket within 3days and they refunded me less than 40% of ticket price they took almost 700$.
I am not recommending any one to book with me, they deserved 0 start.

STAY AWAY!

They ask for personal information such as legal age, social security number, bank info, where you live, and so much more. Don't buy into it! Complete and utter scam! You give them the info and then they say something stupid like, "Sorry, we are unable to help you now, good day." They hang up a million times, and it's impossible to book a flight! Be careful what you say, and STAY AWAY FROM TRAVELATION, PERIOD!

Was booking a trip to the US. They asked me for my credit card information, I was skeptical at first, but I never thought that I would have been screwed over. THEY CHARGED ME OVER 900 for one person when I called to ask them about this after I didn't receive a confirmation email from them they hung up on me! THERE SCAMMERS AND USING THERE EMPLOYEES TO MAKE GOOD REVIEWS! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Traveler BEWARE!

Being a very less than frequent flyer., I went with this company when purchasing two tickets to London from Texas. One ticket needed to be either canceled or adjusted. Upon calling back this service and then now talking to me in a rude way and are no longer trying to sell me anything., they proceeded to literally hang up on me numerous times. I was only letting them know that they had misrepresented themselves when initially selling me the tickets. They claimed that to cancel one ticket, it would be totally refundable. I went round and round with them., again, being hung up on several times. So, I decided to accept no refund but I was told by the actual airlines, that by LAW, they are required to pay back atleast the taxes they required on the one ticket being canceled. On top of being the rudest company I have ever dealt with... they are indeed breaking the law. I've confirmed this to be the case through reputable sources (lawyers, judge, and airlines). I may have no recourse at this time, but I will make it my mission to insure that they will be held liable and I will do my very best to assure there are no other victims taken such as my self. They in a sense... robbed me. There is a place for robbers... jail!

I went to traveler to purchase a roundtrip airline ticket for my husband.

I purchased the ticket for $229.48, they gave me a confirmation #. When inputting my card information, it put my middle name on my husbands ticket information. Since my husband has no middle name, I called the help desk for assistance.

The representative apologized and claimed that she would resolve the dispute by erasing the middle name from the ticket. She then stated that the ticket price went down to $203.59 and to give my credit card information so that she could delete the first ticket and give me this ticket with the reduced price. I was given the confirmation number for the correction.

After the conversation with the representative, I checked my bank statement and realized that I was charged twice, $229.48 and $203.59. I called Spirit airlines and they said both ticket confirmations are seen on her screen and to call Travelation to delete the first ticket.

When logging into Travelation, it states that the ticket purchased is pending for $236.98.

I don't understand what is going on but I would like my money to be refunded back to me for the first ticket of $229.48. I've emailed and called Travelation help desk multiple times and have either gotten hung up on or no help.

Consumers beware! Take my negative experience and use a different travel agency.

They took my money, NEVER BOOKED MY TICKETS kept calling they kept hanging up on me, finally when I got upset after 5/6 times told me I hung up on them & took my money BAD BUSINESS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE go STRAIGHT TO THE AIRLINE because I ended up spending MORE MONEY when this was suppose to be giving me a savings
They take your money and put it into their account & then they purchase them threw their own account BUT on their time
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
HORRIBLE LOST $300.00 & then STILL HAD TO PURCHASE TICKETS SOMEWHERE ELSE! Don't waste your time

SCAMMERS

This agency is a total scam i have booked a ticket here under reservation #ND34XY and was rescheduled 2x and so i was told to pay for a reschedule althou i already paid cancellation protection but still cancelled and now some customer service are claiming that they have sent submitted the refund! First the company must email me for such info and NOT A SINGLE PENNY DID I GET! SCAMMERS. YOU ARE NOT TRUST WORTHY! A COMPANY LIKE YOU DO NOT HAVE PRINCIPLES AND SHALL GET THE KARMA YOU DESERVE!

Do yourself a favor, do not buy anything through this company! I bought tickets for Cayman Airways. Unfortunately, the Cayman government couldn't process my Service Dog certifications in a timely manner. I am a US combat veteran with PTSD, and I cannot travel without my Service animal. Upon purchasing the tickets, it was clear that as long as we canceled within 48 hours of departure, a full refund was due. Cayman Airways even said that the tickets were refundable, but I had to go through Travelation. They said emphatically, NO REFUND! Okay, well, we will see what the Americans with Disabilities Act attorneys have to say.

DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES!
