Travango

I was supposed to travel to Florida with my family for a dream holiday to Disney. Due to coronavirus the UK and USA travel advice was that you could not travel to this country. I have requested a refund on the flights (£3500) and been told I could only have a credit note, I can't even get a response to this now and unsure what is happening. I'm short I feel like I have been robbed of £3.5k and I will be looking at legal action to recover this

The biggest frauds in the industry. Never book trips with them. They canceled my trip due to Corona and they denied giving back the money I paid them. When asked for it the agent was very rude and started shouting at me. Worst experience

This company is fraudulent. I bought a turkish airline ticket from them and my return was cancelled due to new regulations in the UK.

There was no communication from them in regard to the cancellation and I travelled 7 hours by road to the airport only to discover that my flight was cancelled.

I returned home with a different airline.

Turkish air told me I was entitled to full return of my return ticket, but Travango has been trying to confiscate my refund.

Within a short while I was told that the person in charge no longer work with them.

They cannot be trusted, they are fraudulent.

I am having to take a legal action to recover back my refund.

If we could give this organization -10 stars, we would. We booked travel (3 travellers) and paid over $10K CAD in Sept 2019. Pandemic hit, we were patient and tried to rebook but cancelled many times due to travel restrictions. Feb 3,2021 after many many months of requesting refund, they agreed to a full refund. They then stalled in many ways, advising they were "chasing accounts" (who the hell is accounts?!) for our money. They said that they had requested a refund from Air Canada on May 24,2021, we have confirmation Air Canada refunded them April 6,2020. They then asked for SWIFT banking information to deposit payment (refusing to refund our original payment type which was Visa). Fast forward to Feb 28,2022 (after we got a lawyer involved) the lawyer Anita Hoxha with Citrus Holidays Legal, advised a refund would be issued. Here we are Oct 28,2022, 3 years from booking the travel and 20 months after being promised a refund, with nothing. There are no phone numbers, no one calls you back, don't reply to emails. They are liars, have essentially stolen our funds (confirmation that Air Canada refunded them for our tickets, which they have not refunded us). We never travelled to Ecuador... and we would strong advise no one give this company or their parent company, Benz Travel, a single dime of money. DO NOT TRAVEL WITH THIS ORGANIZATION.

I want to share an interesting story today, it is an experience which I had to book a flight tickets with an agency.
- i booked the return ticket with them and was given good promises and asked to pay extra to meet the same.
- i was offered that there will be one free change to a return ticket for an additional cost of around Rs 5000 per person. The only mistake I did was, I didnot get this over the email.
- I was recommended to booked the costlier ticket in first place to avoid the fare difference if I need to change the dates later.
- Now, after couple of months, when I decided to change my return travel, I called the agency and found out that the person who helped me has already left the company.
- Now the new agent (Janet) who try's to help me, is not ready to listen and charging a good amount for a change in dates and not being supportive even if I explained all the situation to her.
- This is really an unfortunate situation and frustrating with the service and support I receive from them.
- I would defiantly not recommend to book the tickets from them rather prefer to book yourself with Airlines as that will be easy to alter any changes later.

Absolutely despicable company please beware they lie lie lie say one thing and then take it back. I've been told by JAL that I'm entitled to a full refund and yet travango are saying I yes I need to get an email from JAL myself. Got a call saying yes we've received the email and they've requested my full refund and an hour later got a call to say that they are still waiting for me to get the email. COMPLETE BUNCH OF LYERS AND AN EXTREMELY FRAUDULENT COMPANY I WILL BE GOING TO ARBITRATION TO RETRIEVE WHATS RIGHTFULLY MINE. PLEASE BE WARNED OF TRAVANGO

Caution Caution Caution I will request everyone No one will buy tickets from Travango. They are cheating buzz I paid 1800 DHS for my ticket 6 months have passed and I still haven't got my ticket refunded. Now Manu Bhuiyan he is a cheating buzz. There is evidence that Manu Bhuiyan took money from me

Do not buy anything from Travango tourism and Travel company even if they offer anything for free. The staff is abusive and do not deliver at all what they say.

As a customer you will end up begging them even after you pay so much. Stay miles away from this scamming and abusive company.

I had booked 2 tickets for 2nd May 2019 using Travango website from Manchester to Bombay for 585 GBP by travel website https://www.travango.co.uk/. Jet airways flight was cancelled but I haven't received any refund yet. My friends who have booked using other travel agency received a complete refund. I have been following up with them but haven't received any response. Their attitude quiet callous and non-empathetic towards their customer.
